Subway in Kirklees

Came here today got a chicken teriyaki and tuna footlong the service was awful she didn’t give me a napkin or a carrier bag and half of my chicken teriyaki had tuna on it because she didn’t put them separately and that sandwich was for a vegetarian person... I asked her to cut it and put it in separate tissue paper then she didn’t use the white tissue paper she directly added my sandwich on subway paper !! I would not even give a one star . Not returning back.

Had a fall at the entrance of Subway today after slipping on the steps. I was assisted to get up after few minutes of being down. Duty Manager filled accident form and called 999. I was there for over an hour and half waiting for ambulance and the staff carried on with their work without checking to ask if i was ok, or if i needed anything until i bought a drink and left when ambulance did not show up for 1hour 40mins.

Best in town try it... The food and the service are extraordinary. Arunima and Sheldon makes the experience very memorable while enjoy the delicious Sub. It’s a very elegant and cozy restaurant as well as they are too aware of hygiene.

First-rate ambience and super attentive service. The meals were crisp and enchanting. Will easily recommend this place to my friends. Fair rates and big portions. Keep it up.

As good as Subway gets, always fresh and pretty healthy with all the salad. Bit cramped when it's busy & no Coca-Cola are my only complaints.

Food is great, as always. Staff are friendly and there are new cheap options on the menu. On the other hand, it's a really busy branch but quite small and there's not much seating. In warm weather it's not a problem as there's seating in the square opposite. They don't have enough time to clean between customers so tables are sometimes a bit messy, and there's no bathroom. But still, reasonably priced and healthier food than the local competition.

Arrived 20 minutes before closing on a dark Sunday night and was greeted like an old friend! While all Subways are Subways, this one has staff that go out of their way to make you feel included. They obviously enjoy their work, which shows in their attitude to customers. M was super considerate and even gave me a free cookie! Lovely team, welcoming atmosphere, all a great surprise to find after a long train journey on a dark night.

Not lying, best Subway sub I've ever had. Might just be because I'm from the US, but definitely recommend. We went because (hilariously enough) it's my little sister's favorite place to eat. She was not disappointed, and that is high praise.

Service is so slow, the staff don't seem to particularly know what they are doing. Appreciate it's a relatively new store, but any more than 2 or 3 customers in at once and a huge queue starts to form. Don't try going after 12pm otherwise you'll be there all day.
