Subway in Kirklees

Staff very very rude , they purposely make you wait , excusing we are busy when they really are not . Worst service ever . Subway leeds road huddersfieldNever ever go there .

I have had numerous terrible experiences here due to the staff. The female “manager” is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. She speaks to customers as though she is repulsed by every order and has proceeded to complete my order many times before I explained because she did not want to customise my order despite this being something I pay extra for. She has also ignored other customers to serve people she knows which is hideously unprofessional. I have also heard her mock customers to other employees and talk negatively about drivers, customers and their orders.

Visited this week at 1pm. Member of staff extremely aggressive rushing me through my order. Speaking to me like I had stolen from him.After making my sandwich, just walked off had to wave another member of staff to take my payment. Would be happy to give details to manager.edit: he is the manager😂

Staff are rude and like robots. The window cleaners were more polite wishing me a good day and saying bye

Staff have no customer service skills and and are quite frankly ignorant.Also every time I have been they are missing something. No meatballs again today, if you run a service establishment better planning is needed as this is a staple of the brand. Very poor

Fan of your flaming nachos but it would be great if you could try another way to present it because when you put the nachos in paper and microwave all cheese is sticking to the paper and couldn’t have the cheese while eatingOverall it is 8/10

If you are ordering from this store on any delivery platform (Deliveroo, Uber, and Just Eats). Be aware the Manager here has "issues" with the delivery drivers. At one point local Just Eats drivers were blacklisting the store due to her banning a driver, which she has no power to do. Additionally she is forcing riders and drivers to breach their supplier agreements by forcing them to click to accept the food without them knowing if its ready. This is also the slowest Subway in the town for making takeout food. If you want a Subway in Huddersfield for delivery ensure it is from either Wakefield Road or Westbourne Avenue in the app, where the staff are fast, friendly and highly efficient.

The staff at this subway have a serious problem with attitude, lack of customer service skills and friendly. Speak to you like they are providing a free meal as a favour. The way they treated their delivery drivers was worse like the drivers are 2nd class citizens.

The worst Subway I have been too. Mixed up or breads as we ordered on the app. I asked for all the salad and got 3 pieces of each ingredient. I use Subway a lot and have for many year. If you are in Huddersfield use the other Subways this one is by far the worst

Shop is nice, staff friendly and polite. However the sandwich took ages to make and it was burnt to the point of it being crunchy. Lettuce was also a bit brown. The serving amount was poor I had to ask for more. The salad bowl would have been empty had I not asked for more. If you are having olives or gherkin apparently 4 slices is the max lol. I will visit again and if it's better I will change the rating.So many staff stood around chatting.
