Best Chinese around HD9, never had a bad meal and huge portions. I just wish the app worked everyday.

Ordered from before, good food & delivery. Tonight, ordered food at 7.15pm, after 4 calls, & being told, at 8.10 there were awaiting a driver, then it was on its way at 8.30, & although leaving about a mile away, food finally arrived at 9.10, being assured it had been freshly cook, it was cold, chips & onion rings look like they had been standing for an hour. Rang back up to be told it was an issue with the kitchen staff. Be careful using this take away, check how busy they are before placing an order

Ordered at 5:15. Still waiting for delivery at 7:00 pm. Went to collect it instead. There were 9 other people in the shop trying to order or collect while the one guy behind the counter couldn’t even deal with them because he was answering the constantly ringing phone. Gave up on it and cooked something myself instead. Appalling service. Won’t be going back.

We ordered the food around 6pm it didn’t turn up till 8:45pm the food was cold and wasn’t the best and we still had to pay full price (£65) disgusting behaviour.

Have sampled many Chinese takeaway's up and down the country and abroad, this definitely ranks up there with the best, prompt delivery too will absolutely be ordering again, thanks to all involved

I highly recommend this Chinese. I have only live in Holmfirth for about 6 months now and I have had nothing but terribly bland take outs(from various Chinese and Indian takeouts) so I had all but given up with ordering food from around here because of how bland all the food has been, but I decided to give this place a try and I am so glad I did!The food was full of flavour, the cost was very reasonable and the delivery came within the time frame given and arrived piping hot!! .Another bonus was I didn't have any cash on me but this takeaway has a website and you can order and pay on there.I will definitely order from here.

This place usually gets a lot of stick for being inconsistent, however the meal we had last night was breath taking hot and sour was packed to the brim with a myriad of wonderful ingredients and flavours. The won ton was crispy and packed with flavour, a wonderful balance of texture and taste.Overall wonderful meal and props to the chef

Ordered a few times recently and enjoyed the food. Tonight was SO different. Poor food, incorrect order, nasty frozen chips... it goes on!The bill was almost 50% more than previous similar orders so we phoned to check.... no, it’s correct, they’ve just put their prices up (prawn toast gone up from £2.80 to £6,80!!!!) pretty poor overall, we’ll stick to a curry in future m.
