The manager was very helpful when taking my order but I couldn't have the starter I wanted as they had no grated cheese. Seems like a very basic product to have in any kitchen. I then couldn't have the main course I wanted as they were out of stock. It seems a bit pointless eating out if the selection is considerably less than detailed on the menu, especially at these prices. I honestly cannot see me eating there again.

Absolute horrendous customer service. The manage had to take my order has I have allergies. I told her I what my allergies were and she didn't seem to make a not of them. I then told her again what I could not have. She didn't make notes or anything on her device. And said so you just want a plain burger? I told her no I wanted what was on the allergen menu with the modifications. My food arrived with dairy on it. I told the waitress that it had arrived with dairy on it and I told the manager I could not have dairy. The waitress said she would get the to make me a new one. When it arrived again they had just take the bottom bun off and given me another however it was still frozen. I told the waitress that it was still frozen and the rest was the same food. She took it back and said she would get me a fresh one. My food arrived again it was now the same food but burnt. I informed the waitress that I found bones in it. The manager came over and started making excuses. Not apologies. Telling me that the bones where seeds. There should not have been seeds on my plate as none of my food contained seeds. She then went on to claim that it was vegan mayo on my food even though on my menu there should have been no mayo on my food. I also made her aware of this when I ordered. And I was not told of any vegan mayo option. The manager then stood and glared at our table until we left.I was extremely ill for days after eating this food.Whether you have allergies or not I would avoid this restaurant. Shocking service. And I thought it was bad before.

Food was basic and over priced fast food. I've just been reminded why we as a family haven't been to one of these for years.... Server was nice and friendly that is the only positive i have to comment on. Much tastier places to eat, with better quality food. Don't waste your money here

A cracking restaurant. The food is fantastic & the service is slick. I have been visiting TGI's at Birstall for 20 years & have never had a bad meal. My only gripe is we had some vouchers we attempted to use to oay fir our latest meal. These wouldn't redeem. Long story short, we later found out that the lady had processed them incorrectly. The lady sought help from her manager - he offered no support. Just gave verbal advice and carried on cleaning his table. In the end we had to pay for the meal on a credit card - lucky we had it with us. Frustrating, but on balance our experiences have been positive.....either way food is fab.

We recently celebrated my sister's 18th birthday and as usual the TGI Fridays team did a great job at making a fuss of our birthday girl. We had a large gathering (9 people) and the staff were great at making the rounds. My toddler has an egg allergy, and TGI Friday's did a great job at accommodating us. The food was lovely and decent portion sizes.

Absolute rubbish! Ordered Ribeye steak, was more like a cheap frying steak. Blue cheese and bacon salad, half an iceberg lettuce with some sauce squirted on top with sprinkles of bacon. Was like no effort put into the meal by the chefs. We booked a table and ended up waiting 20 minutes, the place was very busy so fair enough but to then be served a dogs dinner. I won’t be using your establishment again anytime soon.

I was slightly wary to try due to being gluten free but it was the best experience I've had in over 3 years. Friendly and professional and not judgemental at all. Offered all options and the manager served me only. Well deserved the tip as they were so warm and welcoming even though it was busy. Amazing celebration and happy with my choice. I suggest anyone with allergies go there as the manager has such a good way with helping to decide and keep me safe.

For starters we had the Cheese & Bacon Potato Skins, in all honestly these really were not that great. Lack of seasoning etc, won’t be having these again. For £6.75 I expect a bit more to be honest. Now onto the star of the show the mains. I had the Fridays® Sesame Chicken Strips with House Fries and these were incredible as they are every time. The Jack Daniels sauce perfectly compliments the chicken. If you’ve not ordered this before you’re missing out!My partner had the Garlic Chicken, she said it was moist and lacked flavour, the fries were a bit greasy but other than that not bad.Overall a not a bad choice, I suppose you know what you're getting with them being a chain.

Ribs were cooked to perfection, steak just melted in your mouth, food was lovely. Its always really nice to go to a restraunt that does free refills on soft drinks. Great table service and very friendly staff, will definately go again.

Its hard to talk about TGIs and not sound like everyone else as its just a well ran place. The atmosphere was really nice, love the decor. It was a busy Saturday when we came and the staff were friendly and we got a nice table. When it comes to the food it's just superb, the burgers are to die for, and the burger sauce, as you can see by the photo, the burger sauce is just the best.If you do visit, definitely ask for some extra burger sauces 10/10 would recommend
