Good food and service, ordered 2 steaks one was tough changes without any problems second was great 👍🏻

Good local pub with a buoyant atmosphere. Independently run so NOT a run-of-the-mill chain pub. Food available with a good selection of beers and cocktails. Friendly & efficient staff and parking available. We'll worth a visit if in the Huddersfield area. 👍

An excellent local pub with lots of home cooked food. Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere with lots of good lighting. Happy hour on a weekend is another bonus. A great place to visit.

Staff are lovely very kind and professional, I stayed for a business trip , room provided was warm and comfortable personally would rather stay somewhere with character than another plastic hotel , would definitely stay here again wonderful place

First visit this evening, it won't be our last. Lovely food and even lovelier staff. Very friendly and attentive. Pub is warm, clean and cosy.

All I can say is that the meals are really good, reasonably priced and a very comfortable pub. Never disappointed with the meals here.

This was a wonderful find. A traditional, family-run pub with rooms. Really good pub food, and a great traditional breakfast. The bedrooms are freshly decorated, warm, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Stayed here for the first time.Rooms are very nice.Parking onsite at no additional charge.Food in the pub was very good. Some lovely ales on tap.Very friendly team.Dog friendly and even let you have your dog in your room.If I need to come back to the area for future meetings, I would most definitely stay here again.
