My partner had a beef sandwich and chips and I had jacket potatoe and salad. The food was very and was served at a timely manner tasty. The price of these meals was just £10.00 and that included two teas. A bargain

Proper pub. Bar man was friendly and welcoming. Easy to talk to other customers. Beer very reasonably priced to say its in the town. Found it to be a good experience as not been in for over 15yrs.

I have been all over the UK to see football matches and I have to say the Vulcan was the most welcoming establishment I have been to. Not only did I not pay for one drink while I was in the pub, they gave me a free ticket when they heard I was American coming to see HUDDERSFIELD play against Luton. Everyone is the pub from the staff to the customers were wonderful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Went here a few weeks ago with my 2 friends, we used to work together, and this was our go to place whenever we had lunch, they have never let us down, always a welcome when you go in and the food is always good, the young waiter was lovely and polite, asking if we needed anything, we all enjoyed it and have booked our Christmas lunch in December!!! Can't wait.

Great pub for good beer and food in Huddersfield. I popped in for a quiet pint towards the end of the night on a Thursday. Nice staff and local drinkers.

Decent pub and friendly staff. First pub of the day on our day trip to Huddersfield. It was early so Sam had a tea and I have a half pint of Yorkshire Terrier. No complaints.
