Lovely pub to have a drink and food in great staff who looks after the customers.

Magnificent food and a very warm welcome. Menu choice is excellent and prices are very reasonable.We will definitely be returning.The Landlord Matthew really makes you feel welcome.We travelled 30 minutes to get there as our friends had been last weekend and said we had to try.Well worth the journey.Excellent quality, service and price.

Only dropped in for coffees but decided to stay & have a wine, all very reasonably priced. The food that we saw looked good so we checked out the menu & will definitely be going back to eat.

Excellent meal Saturday lunchtime, food top quality, reasonable pricing and very friendly host. No complaints whatsoever. Will return.

The food was all homemade and so tasty. The staff were really friendly and polite. We had a 3 course Sunday lunch for £12.50. It's such great value for money. It's well worth the visit.

It was very quiet when we called. The barman was helpful and told us to order our food at the bar. The food was okay but nothing special, my chicken was overcooked and my wife's scampi was really well done!!!!!

Went for lunch with friends, we were welcomed in from the moment we walked through the door, the lady behind the bar was fantastic, great banter, we all got different meals, everything was lovely, nice to go somewhere and everyone enjoy their meal, would definitely recommend, will be trying their Sunday lunch ASAP.

A lovely pub. Amazing staff, delicious and reasonably priced food. We had liver and onions and Chile con carne, I only wish there would be a larger selection of real ales. There's always a blonde and a bitter on which is nice though. Highly recommended for a bite to eat and a drink while in the area!

Had lunch here with my niece.Meal was okay although scampi was slightly overcooked.Feel like it could do with a good spruce up as was looking a bit tired inside pub.Lovely flowers and pleasant outside.

A relaxing catch up chat drink(s) with a friend. A great pint of bitter and only £3. Plus a friendly and entertaining Landlord thrown in!! Will definitely return.
