Wok Ever Palace in Kirklees

We were absolutely appalled at this restaurant. My husband and I went last night for a supposedly nice meal only to be disappointed by the food. No sooner had we ordered our starter and it was there. I got chicken satay which was hard and chewy like it was a warm up. My husband got crispy duck which was cold and the pancakes haven’t even been warmed up. We paid for our drinks and left. I will not be going back there again.

Really lovely place to eat. Service was really fast between courses so no waiting around and the food was great, fresh and VERY tasty! Will definitely go again.. Bea & Sal

Just had my fist meal delivered. Absolutely beautiful food. All family enjoyed it. And it came very fast. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

We have had takeaway and dine in.Although the food is great, I hated being hovered over. We had our granddaughter with us and if she dropped anything on the floor we were glared at.However it was clean, tidy, the staff were really good and the food is amazing but please when we have our food move away, don't watch us. It makes us feel so uncomfortable and makes the visit memorable in the wrong way.I won't go back to the restaurant but I will get take outs.

Authentic Chinese food, the banquet was amazing. Great staff who helped with menu choice and the manager was excellent. He was on top of everything and had a smile on his face all night long. We were lucky and our party were served on a round table with a lazy susie so sharing each dish was easy and it would be nice to see a few more tables like this in the restaurant. All in all a great evening and we will certainly be going back.

Love this place, the food is always full of flavour, good service and friendly staff, only negative was we were seated upstairs next to a service station and they kept spraying disinfectant which kept wafting towards my partner which wasn't a pleasant experience for her , it did put her off her food sadly, next time we won't be sitting at that table.

First time ordering from here and the delivery was super quick, think we had the order (for five people!) within 25 minutes and it was piping hot.Honestly all the food was super tasty and full of flavour BUT, the crispy beef wasn’t very crispy which is a shame as it tasted amazing. The curry sauce was also a little bit runny but I am being picky. We will definitely be ordering from here again, very close to a 5/5 so a solid Chinese choice.

We reserved a table at Work Ever Palace based on the recommendation of a friend. The food is absolutely beautiful, and the portions are extremely generous. There's a huge selection of drinks, and the waiters/waitresses always keep you topped up and the drinks flowing. The service is actually the best I've ever experienced In any restaurant- they're very fast, very friendly, and can't seem to do enough for you. I'd definitely visit again, and would recommend to anyone looking for amazing Chinese food in a very pleasant restaurant.

1st visit, taken by my sister who has been many times and recommended we go, very efficient and friendly staff, plenty of choice on menu, lovely tasting meals.

First experience at Wok Ever. What a lovely restaurant to visit. Food was brought promptly and hot which is always a bonus because nothing worse than lukewarm food. Staff were lovely, friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this restaurant it's a must visit!
