Lovely pub and accommodation, beds a bit hard room clean

Building renovation is great, Shame food wasn't as good... Ordered Hot Roast beef Sandwich, The Beef was cold and chewy, Gravy was Awful (instant) and the plate was 3/4 full of salad, Chips however was lovelyThe Veg Wrap was dripping with oil, tastless and had no feta, but full of Olives.... Poor Veggie option

Fab night.. food was amazing..all 8 different meals..all fab.. really good portions..Good menu choice even for puds! Staff so friendly. Def be back

Great giant Yorkshire pudding with roast of the day. Delicious gravy and tender beef.

I haven't been for a few years, but have happy memories of going with my mum and dad and his boss at the farm nextdoor. We used to love going with Margaret and David, Caroline and Andrew. I would love to go back to try the food again

It's definitely getting better. Staff are great. Proper portions and a good range of beers. One day my good lady will drive and I will be able to sample several.

The Food is so nice best place to go for food i would recommend it to anyone so if u want to take ur love one out for a meal come here

Been a couple off times normally really good food sometimes the cauliflower can taste funny and the last time I visited there was a really strange smell running through the pub

Fantastic steak and ale pie. Would recommend it to anyone tried it wherever I go and this ranks as one of the best. Well done Woolpack. 👍👍
