Went because of seeing it on a TV programme. Had samoas and some sweets. Really great quality. Definitely will be going again. Very friendly too.

Very poor.1.Tried kachori chana chat. Very hard couldn't able to cut it. They served it cold. Not eatable at all. It was not fresh at all. When we told them, they said "that's how it is". 😃 And we were in shock😳. We had to pay for this nonetable dish.2. Samosa chat - it was fairly good. Compare to kachori chat.3. Shahi paneer and Naan- ok tatse. Nothing great. Naan looked like readymade bread which we get in market.4. Spring role - this was good.5. Jalebi - cold. It was ok.Overall not satisfied. They didn't look bothered also. Won't visit and won't recommend.

One word "PERFECT". Been here for like 6-7 times and everytime its just wow. From quantity to the taste and the prize, its more than worth it. One of the bestest indian food to try and overfill your stomach.😅

Had a great samosa to start, then samosa chaat. Really tasty food, served without a long wait, even though there was a constant queue for take-out meals. No problem getting a table, even though we went at peak lunchtime. Really great spot.

The new front desk staff is appalling. Not knowledgeable on the items esp with advice on ingredients with regards to allergyThe man offered me a sweet to test and taste . It was stale and hard and so I didn't like it . I bought lots of other food though , yet he promptly charged me for the tater food saying " sorry , we have to charge even if I give the food for tasting "Not impressed !

Ive been visiting Anand sweets for over 15 years and can say that customer service has declined over the years. And hugely!I hope Anand Sweets “pulls its socks up” because it’s a well known and generally well liked establishment. The original owners/management was excellent; staff was helpful and friendly. They greeted you with a smile which is rare to see with how Anand Sweets has changed in Nov 2021.If rushing around and making mistakes with orders means your customer service standards will drop then I suggest the business “slows down” to maintain a high standard. It’s not all about the food. Customer service and sales go hand in hand. I’m afraid today Anand Sweets has become rather “arrogant” in my opinion. It’s almost like they feel they are untouchable and too established for their business to suffer.Well no business is immune Anand Sweets. If the business continues to behave in this arrogant, unfriendly and inattentive way the business will suffer and fast.I always double check my orders over the phone and twice now they have got it wrong and I’ve noticed that the portions are not consistent. Sometimes there’s more in the container and sometimes less; I’m alluding to curries here.Otherwise the taste of the food and hygiene are great !Just bring back the friendly customer service, the vigilance of staff to get orders right and treat customers with more respect. And SLOW DOWN if you feel your business suffers in any of these areas.:-)

Highly recommended. These samosas were delicious. They were freshly cooked and the pastry was nice and crispy. Also I managed to pick a large 2 litre bottle of Limca 👌🏼. I can never find these in London.

Had the somosa Chaat from here. The somosa were vegetarian so no meat, it was spicy. There is some seating available and side street parking. Quick service as the food arrived in 10 minutes. The members of staff were friendly. I would recommend it. They got a range of different food items, sweet and savoury along with a different range of drinks too.
