Not Good ! Ordered Fish & chips for 2 people, nobody else in restaurant and waited 30mins. When meals came the chips were slightly warm as was the fish so plate was taken away and another 2 plates arrived 20 mins later but chips were hot , fish almost warm !No bread & butter as listed on menu but the tea was provided before we ate. I have been coming here for past 10years and it was the worst l ever had.

THEY WILL BASICALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. Ordered food and waited until the delivery time, rang them 9 times before they answered. They said they’d chase it up and call me back, they didn’t. Gave up after another 10 phone calls. Luckily Just Eat gave me a refund, sat here livid and hungry. Whatever you guys used to do, you shouldn’t have changed to this.

Absolutely appalling place. Food is amazing. However I have been waiting 2 hours for fish and chips. I keep calling and I am told 5 minutes. Worse customer service ever. Food has still not arrived. Won't be using them again. Ridiculous timings.

From reading other reviews it appears it's under new management.Walking in I was surprised not to see a menu on the wall or (when I requested one) not available to read. Curious. On a positive, the fish (only haddock available) and chips I ordered was freshly cooked and of a good size.

Ordered, driver turned up, said he'd been walking up and down street for over 5 minutes, even though I'd given clear instructions as requested food stone cold, refused accept it. Low and behold another delivery, good yes ........ no they brought it out again, same food

Used to order every week until new management. Tried them again a few months ago & waited about 2 hours for delivery plus the food wasn't great.Today decided to give them another go, wish I hadn't, quicker delivery but no peas, curry or 2 cans of pop. Fish was OK, chips not cooked enough. Delivery man didn't bring rest of my order nor have I been refunded or apologised to for missing order. Will not order again!!

Now under new management, counter staff faffed about with seemingly no idea how to serve the public, I had to keep repeating my order, the quality of the food has definitely fallen from the superb fish and chips of the old owner, sorry I will not be coming again

Wasn't expecting to go to Apollo, but glad I did. First time eating out since lockdown, so was happy to be greater with a smile. Fish and chips was freshly made to order, tasted absolutely delicious. The treat was made even better with a free dessert to go with.. fish, chips, mushy peas. Cup of tea and ice-cream.... If you like this type of food Apollo is a great place to go
