Bengal Lounge Wetherby in Leeds

Been having meals from here for the past 2 days and the food has been great. Having authentic Indian / Bangladeshi meal really was amazing. The service is great and delivery always on time. Will definitely recommend this restaurant. Thanks for the experience Bengal Lounge.

Was grateful late one Monday evening, visiting Wetherby, to find the Bengal Lounge open and serving for eat-in. The inside of the restaurant was smart and well looked after. Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was also good. As others have noted, you'll need to bring your own alcoholic drink, but that wasn't an issue for me on this occasion. My thanks to the staff who served me.

After having a takeaway here several times we came on Sunday for the Sunday offer. Staff were very friendly and had great customer service, food was delicious. Can’t wait to come again :)

Impromptu visit. Was looking for somewhere to eat adn walked past. Was ushered in by friendly guy on the door. Wasn't too busy. Poppadoms arrived with dips promptly after our order. Kids destroyed them. A waiter brought more over and said that he had paid for them for the kids (nice bloke). Meal arrived and was delicious from start to finish. Would return if we lived closer!

We think this is the best Indian restaurant and takeaway in wetherby. The food is always excellent, it's a really friendly team of staff and bring your own means everyone gets the right drink, as well as making it great value! Our takeaways were a real treat throughout the covid restrictions so its great to be able to get back into the restaurant and support this local business.

We had a lovely meal here tonight. Its BYOB (so if you want a drink remember to pick something up before you go in)Staff were helpful and friendly. 2 course meal, plus poppadoms and 2 soft drinks was just over £40. They gave us a free taste of mango lassi which was lovely.

Not local to the area so went on it's star rating.Clean comfortable surroundings.Staff were attentive but not overpowering. Very good tasty food served on hot plates and ample servings. Cannot complain at all.

I took my family here for a birthday surprise, the service was really nice , an the waiters made my family feel very welcomed . The starters were really nice and my son really enjoyed the lamb shank while the mrs had the best Rangeela dish ever. Over all I was actually surprised how well the whole visit turned out. I would recommend this to all as the food was truly mouth watering .

Last minute booking a table for 4. The staff here are so lovely, friendly and accomodating. The food as always was absolutely first class. Whether it's eat in or take away, you can not go wrong with the Bengal Lounge !!!

I have been coming to this Restaurant for two years. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The staff are excellent and the food is consistently good. The option to bring your own alcoholic beverages makes it very affordable. John Nunan
