Late mothers day celebration with my girls after not getting to spend Sunday with me. Lovely meal and creme egg sundae. Girls had fun playing in soft play and staff was exceptionally wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic food and staff, we have come for the 1st time and are impressed with everything. For what you get the price is amazing. One happy little girl too kept busy with the play area

Called ahead as the online booking wasn't able to let me request a certain requirement The guy who answered was so nice. He moved our table to an area more suited for us and honestly I could not have been happier. Brilliant brilliant service x

Firstly, just to say the customer service was great. Everyone there were more than helpful. However, we were told there would be a 45 minute wait for food (Annoying, but understandable as it was very busy) An hour later and we received our food, if you can call it that. First time I've seen an egg yolk white. Worst egg I've ever had. My toddler is not fussy with food and pretty much eats anything, and even he refused to eat those sausages and mash. And when we were told there would be such a long wait, we assumed the chips and steak wouldn't be cooking for that long!! How as a chef you can look at that food and still think it's a good idea to send to the customer is just mind boggling to me.At least my son enjoyed his happy meal on the way home.

Good food and excellent value on the daytime menu.

Friendly staff and the food was okay. Lots of things missed despite pre-ordering. Had a 2 hour window to eat 3 course Christmas dinner, which wasn't long enough and made it difficult to relax. The children enjoyed the soft play area and it was good to be able to sit near it but not in and still be able to see. Can see how it would be better if not on Christmas day.

It's usually a nice experience, but that wasn't the case this time. The waitress brought us the wrong order, and she also sent the wrong order to the table next to us. The table was very sticky, and the napkin even ripped when I tried to pick it up, leaving half still stuck to the table. There was also a ring of green mould in the table number, which is obviously very unhygienic.

I love this location. Its nice and warm and has a cozy feel to it. Foods good and the staff are pleasant and friendly. So why only 3 stars? The bar is understaffed and at times extremely slow. Slow to the point that I have sat down without ordering while I waited for the one bar tender to deal with other people. Due to all food and drink orders being placed at the bar, including paying the bill, this makes for a very slow and frustrating wait. So be prepared and be patient.

First time out for Christmas dinner. The experience overall was nice, but was let down by a few issues with the food. One very small slice of turkey and beef, cauliflower cheese and sprout dishes were empty. The two guys were lovely, polite and cheerful, however the waitresses never smiled or had a word to say.
