Byron in Leeds

Arrived quite hungry, the staff were friendly and accomodating to our requests, food took a little long to come but we'll worth it. Burger was succulent and juicy, crispy salad and loads of flavour. Had blue cheese burger was the best burger iv had. Sweet potato fries and skin on fries shared with my husband both equally as nice.

Well what can I say. Was greeted and taken to table by our server . Ordered drinks while we looked at the menu. We all made our choices i went for the chilli burger. The others had a classic,a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger with bacon. The food came promptly which was great.The burgers were delicious,the fries devine. The server was a lovely lady very attentive and chatty. We found out she was from Kent originally and moved to Leeds. a valuable member of the team. On our next visit to Leeds we will definitely be going back.

Don't get fooled. The burger was **it, cold and tasteless. Service was very poor, took more than 20min for burger to come out and when it did, it was cold. My toddler boys were crying for their food, went to ask if the fries can be served first and was told everything comes out together....waited and waited....never going back there and will never encourage anyone to go there. Asked for a glass of water and i was given was in a shot cup. I was embarrassed. They could even give a pint of water. Very poor! I only went there 13th March 2022.

Burgers are OK, nothing to complain or wright home about. Chips are very nice though! Service is quite fast.

Lovely lovely burgers, will be going back!!! The burgers are done just right and even the chips are lovely, even lovelier with rosemary. The customer service is very good here & the staff are amazing,

Great food bit miserable food sizes. Burgers size look like coming straight from a mini dolls house. Also, delivery service isn't great. I think I'll come back from time to time but they could do much more to promote a serious and real business here. Burgers are their main course and should bring more satisfaction to customers

Byron Leeds did not disappoint. Worth trying the burgers, tasty and fresh.

国内的兄弟姐妹们，帮你们排雷了，很烂，别来！！Extremely understaffed, tables left uncleaned for 20+ minutes while there was a queue outside. Asked to scan the QR code on the table for menu, but there were no phone signal or working Wi-Fi, had to go outside with my phone to see the menu before coming back to order which was quite ridiculous… Food was just ok, nothing like the picture though, prices are absolutely stupid, for £25+/pp I expected better quality food?? Friendly staff, but don’t add service charge when there is hardly any service with the place being so busy and understaffed. Very disappointed.

We managed to get in without booking on a Saturday which was very unexpected! The food was really tasty, and the service was friendly. While the food was as good as can be, it would not be getting 5 stars had we not had the 30% NHS discount. This is a very expensive restaurant and the discount made it affordable. It is a really good place to eat if you're happy to pay the price.
