Caffe Nero in Leeds

A really nice coffee house. Had coffee and a pain at raison - lovely.

Great for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A quieter Caffe Nero on the edge of Leeds city centre. Does get busier with local office staff at certain times. As usual, friendly staff and nice coffee.

Decent coffee. Went there to get coffee and get some work done on my laptop. I however realised that the temperature had been kept very low with the entire cafe feeling very cold and uncomfortable. Despite how cold things were the only door that was closed was eventually also opened to allow more cold air to enter despite it being 6 degrees Celsius outside. I get it, it might be a strategy to get customers to buy more hot coffee and deter customers from sitting for too long, however I find this a very cruel strategy. If this is a deliberate strategy then I'm very disappointed.

Great hidden away cafe. Ample seating inside and out just a few minutes away from the city centre and railway station. Very pleasant and polite staff. We stayed overnight at a nearby hotel but visited here twice.

Couldn't have asked for a more convenient location ! This store is one stop shop for those caffeine emergencies on Sunday morning (rather every morning) !They have a well stocked menu, a friendly staff and gorgeous interiors.They have ample seating capacity both indoors and outdoors but there's no parking space at the property.

I came with friend and were served by Beata, very nice & professional staff. We had delicious Mocha, Milano hot chocolate and almond croissants. Pleasant atmosphere, clean &tidy place, I highly recommend this cafe.
