Caffe Nero - Leeds in Leeds

Good friendly service ,decent seating

Good coffee shop, I was there around 8.30 am so it was very busy, a never ending que of people waiting to be served and only one barista, this guy amazed me because he never faulted once (cool hand luke) well done mate what ever your name is.

Delicious coffee and great service!

Really bad experience. I've been visiting this Nero from the past years without problems. But on Saturday they decided to close 2hrs before, when I asked the reason they told me didn't know. But I couldn't stay with my friend who was already having a coffee inside. I ordered my coffee to take away anyway and later I found out they make the wrong coffee to me.

I bumped into Bonnie Tyler in town. "Shall we go for a coffee?" I said. "Yes, sounds good!" "Ok then, Starbucks?" "No." "Costa?" "No!" I think she was holding out for a Nero!

Awful. Manager just stood there going 1mph letting the poor trainees do the work. Very angry.

Great place for rest.

My favorite cafe. Always clean and service at the highest level. I will come back here again.

Very busy but managed to find a couple of tall seats near the window. Quick & friendly service. Got my usual tomato & basil soup with sourdough bread. Very tasty and reasonably priced. I have used Cafe Nero in lots of different locations now and found them all to provide excellent service.

Cake was good with hot tea. Coffee was good, too. Compare with other cafe' in London & Leeds , Nero got high score..
