Please for God sake! Do not order from here. I waited for 1 and a half hours and called them 5 times. Never again and please don't ever order for delivery from them. 👎😡🤬

Food arrived nearly cold and 45min later than expected. Pepper sauce duck container not closed everything leaked all over other things. Beef chow main had only 2 pieces beef in it!!! Noodles overcooked and very greesy lots of oil. Food tastes horrible. Very rude staff. Arrogant and unhelpful over phone. Won't be ordering ever again. Guys stay away from this place see reviews before ordering don't waste your money

So I ordered food from here on the 18th of March 2022 and my food never came and they refused to give me a refund, I personally think we should get this place shut down immediately.I don’t know why they haven’t been shut down yet

Terrible customer service, extremely rude in the phone for no reason. If it was possible to give a 0 I would absolutely atrocious no care in the world. 0 stars!!

Horrible food. Called to complain and extremely rude response. Zero fcks given. Swore at me on the phone and dropped the call. Expensive food, chucked it in the bin. Had to sleep with just chips which were sent. Please avoid ordering, not recommended at all

I wish I could give this a zero star but it’s not possible, we waited over one and a half hours for our food which was estimated at 45 minutes before we phoned and asked about our order which was placed on deliveroo, this was our first experience with deliveroo and definitely will be our last, even thou the order was excepted almost straight away they claimed after one and half hours later it’s only just come through and because they was so busy and short of drivers they won’t be able to deliver the order even thou it was there mistake, we asked for a refund and said we would leave a review, the answer we got was if we leave a negative review we will not receive a refund this man was so rude, so we contacted deliveroo which issued us a refund, this is the worst customer service I’ve seen in years

would give them 0 if possible. ordered through deliveroo, order never arrived so we pursued under proper channels before the restaurant said it was delivered but waited 3 hours to contact them directly, when we were finally able to contact them regarding the order they said was delivered (which wasn't) we were brushed off completely. customer service is terrible- £40 I will never see again with nothing to show for. the staff were rude and the issue was never resolved. called back multiple times and was brushed off completely.

google need to let you put 0 stars because that's what this takeaway is. ordered food and didn't come for near enough 2 hours. I called up and they said it had been delivered, which was not the case. the person on the phone was incredibly rude and got aggressive through the phone. he then hung up on me , I had to call several other times and eventually someone came and delivered the food and he was rude as well. they didn't give me a refund so I hope they use my money for some anger management courses for the staff.

We've ordered here a few times when there is nowhere else open and it always takes very, very long. This time was our last because the food had leaked in the bag. The driver was very rude and said it wasn't his fault then it spilled on the ground. We called for a refund but they said they don't give refunds. Luckily it was ordered through deliveroo so we were able to get it sorted and they re ordered it for us, but they cancelled it 30 mins later and we never got the replacement.

I ordered food, it was taking absolutely forever to come and it still hadn't arrived early hours of the morning. I requested a refund and got in touch with the restaurant and they blatantly lied saying it got delivered. When i challenged this the man over the phone got very aggressive and rude then followed up by putting the phone down. Worst experience from a takeaway in Leeds and i will never be ordering again from here and would advise everyone not to order from here. I wouldn't even be giving them a single star normally but unfortunately i have to give them at least 1 to post this review.
