Chop Sticks in Leeds

We ordered some “food” from here. Absolutely disgusting, it was like something you warm up after 5 days. No taste, the meat was stale and did not feel right to eat so we binned the all before a potential food poisoning.

Been here a few times and we really like it. Tasty food & nice people in the shop 👍

Ordered twice from Chopsticks this week, the first time the order turned up late, and cold, the restaurant staff were rude when trying to find out about the delay. Ordered again today, food did not turn up, and again, spoken to rudely by the same member of staff on two different phone calls, denying having the order, still haven’t received the food. Shocking service, wouldn’t order again

Ordered a meal tonight at 7:20 pm phoned to say its been an hour at 8:20 was told its just gone out with the driver will be there shortly,its now after 9 and no sign,fair enough chopsticks you've thrown away a good customer there.......

Ordered fried rice the rice was so uncooked. Very hard like they just took it out the bag and put in a plate and no vegetables or egg in rice. Worst fried rice ever. Spring roll was cold taste very bad as well.

Honestly some of the worst food I've ever had and that includes food tha has given me food poisoning! It was late and stone cold. Honestly wouldn't feed it to animals....

The food was fine, but the attitude of the delivery driver left a lot to be desired. Arrogant, insulting and seriously lacks any shred of customer service. In between his tirade about me being deaf (which I am not0 and having to wait for me to come down from my hotel room, his manner didn't endear me to this takeaway (I ordered by JustEast). Being a business owner myself, had a member of my team spoken to a client in that manner, they would have been dismissed. Perhaps his employer should take a leaf out of my companies book! I usually enjoy ordering food via JustEast, but Chopsticks is now on my blocked list and I am a regular business traveller to Leeds.

Ordered some food and requested one of the food spicy but the wholee order was like tomato based food with tons of chillies and they would not accept their mistake. Would not recommend at all. Extremely poor service

Best Chinese in Leeds. Soups and main food are very tasty, fresh and delicious. Very good deals in the window if you collect. Not had a delivery so cannot comment.

This is by far one of the worst places I've ordered from. I ordered at 8.00 and my food as just turned up. At 10.17 so thats more tha 2 hours late. And they got the order wrong. We ordered spring rolls and when we rang them they said they didn't have them. But could not give us the money back.
