Corner House Cafe in Leeds

I have to say it's one of the best cups of coffee I have had in Leeds. Tried most of the food as well and I have not been disappointed, the atmosphere is fantastic, well worth a visit!

I find it hard to write a poor review but was so disappointed with service and food. Ordered and granted was busy. Food delivered after waiting around 20 minutes. Ordered eggs benedict. No sauce on eggs and once began eating both eggs were undercooked. Told member of staff and said would inform chef. She never did this so food wasted and no apology. Still no drinks brought to us. Had to go remind them we had Ordered drinks and eventually they arrived. Even though this is local I would not go again.

Superb service and an even more super food, which was different than any other food I tried before. This restaurant is perfect for a business dinner as it does not get too loud. I would recommend to anyone who wants a nice unique dinner in a peaceful environment.

First time I've been here. Service was excellent, really nice people working behind the bar. Coffee was good, biscoff brownie was out of this world. Very comfortable place to go. Will be back!

What a great place - visited for the first time this afternoon. Full marks for the flat white coffee and bacon and egg butty (just before 3 pm - no breakfast menu after then). And I was served by a lovely polite young man.

Excellent afternoon meal. Food was well cooked and prepared. Customer service was excellent and friendly service. Would recommend. Visited after watching the Review on Rate my Takeaway.

Nice coffee, tasty small dishes, chef has changed a few times since it’s opened but food remains vibrant. Gave it a four out of 5 as it has been closed on occasions.

This place is perfect for an afternoon coffee or tapas in the evening. Never any riffraff so that's a plus! Prices are reasonable for the area. Staff are faultless; always attentive and welcoming. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. The waiter was knowledgeable and recommended some great wines to compliment the food. The food was exceptional - flavourful and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the steak. Absolutely delicious.

Absolute amazing restaurant. Booked a table with 9 friends and they served us very quick. Very good food and amazing quality. Was definitely worth the money and would recommend if you get the chance to go there.
