Crown Buffet in Leeds

I went here yesterday evening to celebrate my birthday with family. It was an overall pleasant experience. The food was mostly good apart from one or two main course dishes that were a bit of a let down. But I know not to choose these if I go again. The starters and side dishes were all very good though. The service was also mostly good apart from a couple of incorrect orders and order delays possibly because of the language barrier of a couple of the waiters. Plus there were 13 of us at one table and the place was busier than expected on a Tuesday which slowed the service down a little. But all in all I would most definitely visit this place again.

Beautiful food, decent prices. Portions are a tad small and not the buffet type we are all accustomed to. They keep bringing the food to you so you can no longer load up your plates. I understand that though due to food wastage. The decor looks a little dated but all in all, well worth a visit.

No idea what the food tastes like. Came in for a meal and I was asked to take a seat whilst they found me a table. A Chinese couple came in after me and they were also asked to take a seat. They didn’t and someone spoke to them in Chinese. They were taken to the only available table. I waited. They were given menus. I waited….Their order was taken. I waited…. I left. I’m sure the food was nice but this kind of treatment isn’t. Won’t be going back.

Kids friendly and nice staffs. All the foods ordered delicious 😋 and hot 🔥 my kids love it, so we will definitely go again.

It was OK but confusing at the same time. It's a buffet (with menu and prices against each item) and you actually get to eat all you can.The catch is that you don't serve yourself (except ice-cream), you stay seated and ask for what you want. They'll deliver the food in small plates and they're less likely to bring two of the same item, e.g. for two kids even if you wanted it like that, you may have to ask again.The members of staff are nice and friendly and are quick to come around to ask if you'd like to order more food.All the foods I ordered were nice but the Mrs was unlucky with two different dishes that just didn't taste as expected or even close, so she struggled with those, hence the reason for the three stars.The location has a parking and more spaces just outside so parking should work out fine in most cases.

Absolutely flipping fantastic. My boyfriend and I come here often and there is not one thing I can say to fault it. Food is always served extremely fast and hot considering the restaurant is often busy and staff have to serve such high quantities of food with the buffet menu. Manager is absolutely lovely and genuine, unlike a lot false managers nowadays. As well as this, the staff are incredibly genuine, welcoming and understanding. Would give this ten stars if I could.

We found this Chinese buffet to replenish our empty stomachs. The food was good for a buffet standard and the portions were a really good size. The service was very good and efficient. The only reason it’s not five star is the restaurant seemed a little run down and in need of a decorator to work some magic, also the toilets had seen better days.

Excellent all you can eat venue, order from the menu as much as you like and it's all cooked fresh no food out on display, less than £20 per person. Food is full of flavour and excellent to try different dishes .

Very local Cantonese restaurant. Lots of choice of dum sum. For dim sum menu, it starts from 1200 to 1730. You can find it in their website.The waitress can speak Cantonese and is nice. I like this feeling very much. It is like coming back Hong Kong. I will come back soon.The tablewares are clean. The distance between each tables are far enough. Overall, the environment is cozy.But I hope the television on play sometimes can run Viutv TV program, such as "mirror go", "大叔的愛", "男排女將, 七救星, error自肥企劃...or at least films of Stephen Chow 周星馳...
