A lesser known gem. Easily one of the best restaurants in Leeds. Family run Iranian home cooking. Dips, breads and stews to die for. Exceptional food, fresh bread cooked in a fired oven and lovely atmoshpere and staff. What more could you want?If you have space after all that the saffron ice cream is delicious.Would highly recommend checking out Darvish. Superb restaurant, one of our favorites.

I love this restaurant for many reasons, I'm a foodie and only like going out out to eat if the food is great and good value. The staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive. Great place to enjoy lovely traditional persian home cooking and have a good catch up with friends, the menu is great and you can have a true feast without harming your pocket. All my family and friends love it, we had my mums 70th there and the staff couldn't have been more flexible and engaging to meet all our requests, couldn't recommend Darvish enough.

This is a place where you feel at home. Delicious food as always, lovely friendly atmosphere and the service is excellent.Would like to recommend something from the menu but have to admit that everything was so yummy and beautifully presented.Can’t wait to visit again :)

I have been coming to Darvish for years and could not recommend this beautifully authentic restaurant highly enough. The most delicious Persian cuisine & wonderful staff who always make you feel like family. This place really is a hidden gem. Once you start coming you won’t stop!

6th visit to this restaurant. Can't wait for the 7th. Easy parking off Rd at the front. Small but cosy. Clean and traditionally decorated. Staff very friendly. Open kitchen. Toilet is clean . My wife is Persian and her food is superb. So is this restaurants food. Would have been 5 stars except for the fact that they only accept cash. Not a massive inconvenience as there's a cash machine located 30 seconds away.Highly recommended.

Waw!!what a great place, went there for first time after a great day out with family at Roundhay Park, Food was amazing, hospitality was great. I was soo surprised 😮 that my 2 fussy kids loved the food, lol guess their taste buds are growing finally,They ordered extra lamb kebabs thatThey loved soo much. Deffo will be visiting this hidden gem again with other family and friends. Thanks guys.
