Beautiful food and polite service what more can you ask for

Brilliant food and customer service. The lady on the phone is lovely and she still remembers my address, no matter which number I phone from or how long between ordering. Hands down the best Chinese takeaway in the area.

I have to say although the food is good, I have never come across someone as rude and disgusting in their attitude as the relatively elderly person that is on the front desk. To the point you leave muttering under your breath each time, horrified. I have been here quite often in the last 2 months as I live locally, but having previously preferred another local takeaway and decided to try this as they do a veg chicken dish (plant based I think). Ordering different things either Veg and or chips, side dishes etc

Food is great, but sadly have been short changed multiple times in there which is out of order, won’t use anymore!

Great customer service,friendly staff,beautifully smelling food but went downhill from there. Noodles slightly bland and the gravy tasted like your typical roast dinner's bistro gravy. Tasty spare tibs in OK sauce. Dry special fried rice and soggy prawn crackers.But the chips were nice.

Probably the best quality Chinese takeaway in North Leeds. Family run, and always friendly. So much so that my daughter refers to this place as ‘the smiley man shop’.It’s cash only though, and the nearest ATM over the road at the petrol station is unreliable. There used to be one at the post office a few doors up, but that’s been removed now.

Vile!!!! Will NOT be returning. Waited a long time for the food initially to be disgusted when it arrived. Beef was thick and chewy and went STRAIGHT in the bin. The rest of the food was very average and it was an overall very unpleasant experience.

Made an order over the phone for 4 people. The woman on the phone was short and impatient with me. When we went to collect our food the same woman gave us a wry look (perhaps because we are black??) and asked if we were there to collect the special fried rice etc. We wanted to pay £12 separately but the stone faced woman would have none of it. We handed her 2 £20 notes and my God, the woman must have checked the damn things at least 8 times (no exaggeration) Customer service was atrocious, made us feel really uncomfortable, uneasy and unhappy. What a shame because the food was nice. Not outstanding but nice. We ordered special rice (nice) Singapore vermicelli (nice) salt and pepper wings (bland with very little chilli and there were more onions than anything) salt and pepper ribs (good) soft noodles (dry and bland) Won't be going back. There's too much choice of good chinese food takeaways with good customer service to go back to places like this. It's because of us they earn their bread and butter. Appreciate your customers regardless of colour, creed, shape or size! Peace to all and a happy New year!

Usually enjoy food from here but they clearly had a bad night tonight. Took 1hr 45 mins to arrive and then forgot to send drinks ( although they have offered credit for them off next order) the curry sauce was more like a curry paste and by the time we had sat down to eat it I had gone past hungry and couldn't even eat it. the rice and chips were cold and needed reheating. Very disappointed defresh you have let yourself down!!!!

Rude rushed service. Prawn crackers had a ' chemical / metallic' taste to them. Main course was ok. Would not rush back. Very disappointed as I used to like the restaurant.
