Domino's Pizza in Leeds

Awful!! Ordered last night got 2 garlic breads instead of Cookies? Missing items! if you actually want your order don’t bother trying here ive also not been off the toilet since eating from this store I’ll never order again.

Piping Hot Pizza at great prices. Wonderful customer service too.

Delicious and amazing pizza which I think is best of the best.

The prices are an absolute disgrace and very misleading. Medium 2 topping pizza £5.99... Or for me and my partner 2 stuffed crust medium pizzas £25.00 plus! Where's the logic in that??? NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely terrible service. Accepted the order and took £40 from me. Order was then "delivered" despite no pizza coming within miles of our address. Called to query and was told it would arrive soon. When I questioned why I hadn't had any contact about the pizza and asked where it actually was, I was then told the ovens had broken and my pizza wouldn't arrive. No bother, I was told I'd only have to wait 5 days to be repaid - as if thats acceptable. No money was repaid after a week. Only chasing the Dominos UK customer service got me any kind of info. Disgustingly poor service throughout. Avoid this franchise at all costs.

24 hour pizza right under neath your hotel and they brought it to the door, no complaints. Food was gorgeous, probably best dominoes iv had tbf

Driver couldn’t find address, despite information being put on driver’s instructions, which resulted in cold food. 2 out of 3 pizzas undercooked and one with very little cheese when there were supposed be extra. One of the garlic breads missing tomato sauce. Not a good experience!

Issues with the phone line, it either cancels the call or the call fails. The delivery drivers have repeatedly struggled to find the delivery address or forget about us? Leaving our order to arrive a minimum of over an hour after ordering, usually an hour and 20-30mins. Recommend using another dominos location in Leeds.In one phone call to this location to enquire where my order is, after an hour and 20 mins of waiting, I could practically hear how little they staff member cared about this. Not a shed politeness or respect, let alone customer service.

Been Ordering From Domino's for Some Time Now but Lately They've Started To The Mickey.Over an Hour Late Delivery and Then Completely Wrong Order. Rung The Store and Hot Asked If I Was Sure?? Same Guy Answered Who Told Me An Hour Before That My Pizzas Were on The Way. Domino's is Not Cheap But This Kind of Careless Service Don't Want To Say Much.

The pizza I was expecting vs the one I actually got. We got burned by Domino's Leeds Kirkgate a few years ago, but decided to give them another chance. Ordered a Ranch BBQ pizza, some Red Hot wings and four cookies. Cookies were fab. Wings came in a watery sauce that was anything but hot. Barely cooked. Disappointing. But the pizza was a disaster. The dough was disgusting. Completely soft and rubbery and undercooked. No colour in the finished product. The stuffed crust we paid 3 quid extra for was almost devoid of the mozzarella that should have been there. It also ate more than two inches into an area of the pizza that should have been covered with sauce and toppings.. Rather a large amount of grease was also noted. Certainly didn't resemble the pics on the website in any shape or form. Having been back to Australia a number of times over the last few years where I've used Domino's quite regularly, I struggle to believe they are one and the same company. The most important part of the pizza is the dough. D'oh! But seriously, for anyone wanting a decent pizza crust and base to go along with the admittedly, quite nice toppings that actually ended up on our pizza, you should look elsewhere. We won't be gracing you with our custom in a UK store ever again.....P.S. I ordered online and collected from the store. It's a 4 minute drive to get home, so the food had the best opportunity to be fresh and delicious. Hopefully the pics will put into perspective how bad this pizza actually was. The only reason it's not one star is because your grossly overpriced cookies were actually pretty good.....
