Forgot curry sauce, no salad on burger, chips were cold, fish was small and not sure if it was haddock. Disappointed and regret ordering.

Absaloutley terrible place been twice now staff are rude and unwelcoming, overpriced mush to be honest, fish isn't fresh nor is the staffs approach, I asked how they made there fishcake and got laughed at and then ignored for 10mins, EVERYONE AVOID.

Best local fish and chips. Love it. Worth visiting from a distance. Reliably excellent quality (and quantity!!) Do try out Drakes, it's great. Very pleasant young man front-of-house.

You guys cannot be serious. You charged me £20 for fish & chips, fishcake chips & curry sauce and a "special" which is pictured below. Swimming in grease and the look at the portion size!My first and last visit.

As an Uber Eats driver, utterly disgusted with how I was treated today.I drove nearly 3 miles to get this order from otherside of Leeds in peak traffic. As soon as I step into the door, I wait patiently until someone behind the checkout made eye contact or an effort to say next please or as everyone else does “what’s the name of the Uber Eats order?” But noooooo… this black woman immediately shuts me down with “no!…no!!….no!!! its not ready” as soon as I asked her if this order is ready, she didn’t even ask the order number or who it was for. This amount of rudeness will not be tolerated so I simply cancelled the pickup and went on with my day to deliver for others!

I'm not one for complaining about anything, but just been to drakes fish & chips( been coming here for years...)...mate, mate, mate. What are you thinking, where's your head at ( the person who's frying.) Everything was okay from the pleasent & professional young lady taking the orders , to me getting my food.....then I started eating my fish and chips....Discovered my fish was engulfed in what best describes the mixture as a omelette pancake...Rrreeeaaallly....I don't think it works...batter Flour / water...so it coats and crisps up the batter...NOT LIKE THIS..😳🤮🤮🤢 But if there is a person who's had fish wrapped in a pancake and fried. Inbox me I'm intrigued
