East Bar Lounge & Grill Restaurant in Leeds

Had a lovely time with my partner at East, delicious meals and great service from the staff, loved the music from the pianist in house, gave the place a really nice, chilled atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely evening here. The staff were so friendly and professional. The restaurant itself was very clean and and well organised with table placements. The food was delicious!!! The portion sizes were perfect so no food went to waste and it was brought to our table promptly.

Just received a take away via uber eats from here , absolutely hurrendous stone cold , starters 5 mushrooms pakoras for £4 currys two curries bhuna/hydrabadi swimming in oil which was the best flavour and then they were tasteless !!! The curries have no taste what so ever !!!!! Hurrendous doesn't quite cut how poor these were !!!!! Stay away or suffer the loss of £35 which is how much it was with 50% off for us !!!!

Food was lovely.... Staff friendly. Waited 25mins for drinks, only after seeing other guests who arrived after us receiving drinks, we asked where they were! Ordered a full bottle of wine but had to wait 10mins for glasses again after asking staff. Plenty of staff and half empty so puzzled? Nearly finished our mains and again had ask where is the large share Nan bread. Almost cancelled it.... and then it came 10 mins after our mains. Food lovely.... Service very poor! No tip given unfortunately. Probably won't go again.

Went to East tonight for the first time and it was lovely! I really enjoyed the starters - such a large selection and all of it was cooked brilliantly. The mains were also lovely and varied and the naan was gorgeous. The piano was also great - really enjoyed the mix of music! The service was great from all the people that tended to our table! I only managed to catch Akheel's name tag, but a big thank you to everyone at East for a lovely meal out ❤️

Stunning food, cooked beautifully. The naan was huge! The staff were polite and friendly. Definitely coming back 😊 Oh, and I loved the piano. Not obtrusive and such a nice change from the usual speaker-fed.

Staff was nice, my meal was too spicy as this wasn’t explained on the menu. Think details need adding on to the dishes on the menu. When complained, got the food for free! Cheesecake was amazing. Would come again.

Fantastic meal. Been meaning to go for a while to be honest. Some live music, great food, and the service was spot on too.Would ceetainly recommend to anyone.

Overall quite poor service - food was decent and tasty but waited 45 minutes for mains- the staff were arguing amongst each other- the shock of the night was the service charge!!! Asked the so called manager what this charge was for and he said he didn’t know huh. I would not recommend or return to this place

Always a pleasure..coming here since 2010..now is 2018..still quality and great food and efficient staff Update 2021...still awesome, love this restaurant
