Friendly place but the food is now so greasy. Just can't eat anymore here.

Fish was very good but unfortunately the chips were rock hard as if they’d been stood.. first visit here as new to the village. Will give another try as fish was good!

Quite possibly the worst Fish and Chips we have ever had.. 3 plates of food in the bin.. chips luke warm and rock hard/inedible, fish, although cooked fresh was over cooked and hard.First time been there for a long time but won’t ever be back. Shame as it’s local!

Visited today, staff were friendly enough, unfortunatly the food was not as good, chips looked like they had been sat for an hour, the batter on the fish was just wierd, very thick and greasy. shame as thats my local chip shop. wont be going back in a rush, if ever again

Nice local fish shop in the centre of the historic village of Barwick in Elmet, the food is cooked to order so usually good. Rarely have we been disappointed.
