Don't usually enjoy fish and chips, most places you get a ton of chips, greasy fish and serious indigestion!!! So what a treat today! Decent sized fish, one portion of chips (more than enough for two) , peas, curry and a lovely fresh breadcake. Tbh the breadcake was overdoing it a bit 😂 all for just over a tenner. Excellent value and all tasty and well cooked 😋

Always go to Farndales. Staff lovely, place is clean, always busy, fish just melts in your mouth, recommend the chips, fish bites, battered sausage, mushy peas and curry sauce. It's a treat these days, for 2 its nearly a tenner. 100% recommend 👌

Where do we start…Leaves a good taste on the tongue!The prices were superb for the quality of my meal. The fish was cooked to perfection and the chips were mouth watering. I made sure to treat myself and ask for a sausage with my fish and chips and I was not disappointed, wonderful tastes bounced around my mouth making me want more! The curry sauce was spectacular, adding an extra flavour of joy to my meal!Would we come again?Yes

Great chips, fish was decent but peas were not good at all. Ordered two pots and threw them both out. Pity.
