Five Guys in Leeds

We ordered ahead of time and the staff were absolutely bang on time. The food was very fresh and was cooked to order for the time specified. It is a tad pricey but it’s always delicious so we never mind

Thought I'd treat myself to a burger and chips a few hours ago. Unfortunately, the staff were too busy having a laugh and joke with one another. I stood there for the best part of 2 minutes, and they saw me by the counter. Seeing as nobody wanted to take my money, I decided to leave. That particular team need better training. Do better next time guys

The burger really is incredible. But be prepared to wait a decent amount of time for it. Really not fast food. And very expensive. But glad I have tried it

There were five members of staff walking about and I was the only customer being served. There were only 2 other customers in whole of the restaurant and they were already eating. It took them 25 mins to get 2 sandwiches, 1 Cajun fries and 1 milkshake. Imagine if it was busy, they would take forever.

Not the cheapest but the burgers are delicious!! Well worth the wait, decent size portions plus the Cajun fries are worth coming back for alone.

My friends have all tried 5 guys they tell me it's amazing they were nervous at first but now they love it! I was scared obviously it's my first time but mainly because I didn't think i could handle all that meat. But as soon as that meat from 5 guys was inside me it was amazing! I didn't think I had room but I squeezed it in! It was so good I didn't care how messy It got I had meat juice on my face and down my legs! Eventually I finished! I was breathless! All that was left was a greasy box! I'll definitely be trying this again!

Male employee was handed disabled toilet key back from a customer while putting on gloves. He then continued to put on the gloves, put the key away and continue touching things behind the counter in soiled gloves.Over 10 minute ticket time.Fries are greasy and undercooked. They look like pre-cooks, not final cooks. Also a really small portion. We got a regular and there was barely any, we usually order a little at other branches and we get more than this.Its was pretty quiet, only 2 or 3 tables where in use but we struggled to find a seat cos all the tables were really dirty / still had food on them.Five guys is great in genral, but avoid this one at all costs

It’s really true: “Heaven in the brown paper bag!” Tender and juicy beef! A full mouthful of different fresh veggie! Lovely and delicious pickles! It’s a full package! My must go when visiting the UK.

Very expensive! Nearly £15 for a burger fries and a coke! Burger was ok but was literally dripping with grease, fries were nice but had way too much salt on so couldn’t eat them all. Wish I’d not bothered to be honest.

Burgers are okay but a bit over (done). Definitely not like in the USA. But compared to other fast food in Leeds it's certainly a level up.The fries are really good. Like really. Really good.That said, it wasn't that busy and I had to wait +-15min. So get a place to sit after ordering.
