Flames in Leeds

Late night takeaway, quantity not quality. Tip the driver if you want him to close your gate that he opened, clearly born in a barn! This place was good 4-5 years ago...what happened!

Ordered a naan kebab meal with a portion of chips and a can of pop. Order arrived and it was a small portion of small kebab on pitta, covered in chili sauce which I did not request. Food was cold and no chips or can of pop even tho I paid £7.90 for the meal.. really not happy and will be avoiding in future.

Edit: had recently recieved food poisoning from undercooked chicken would not recommend .My experience with Flames has been hit or miss; the chicken and burgers especially are sometimes tasty and well balanced and sometimes overly salty and lacking flavour. Would recommend over some of the other post night-out takeaways in the surrounding area but definitely not the best.

Shocking service! Ordered from here in Just Eat and they have the audacity to cancel our order 10 minutes after the estimated delivery time. Will not be ordering from here again, what a joke!

The pizza was salty , milkshakes nice but the delivery driver so rude! Was rainy outside and was sat in his car asking to come to the car a few times when I had no shoes on, begrudgingly came to the door

After 1.30 hours still awaiting for our order we called takeaway twice replying very rude on the phone can’t believe they don’t even care about customers. Won’t be using them also going to leave negative review on just eat and Uber eat etc

Terrible service. Ordered at 1.14am no food by 2am. Pizzas ordered AFTER our burgers were served up and when I complained the staff lied to us. Left after 45 minutes with no food and a refund.

Disappointed it wasnt hotter and fresher. The chicken was tough and very dry. I paid extra for spice on my chips but didn't receive any. Most of the meat got thrown in the bin. Salad was ok. Girlfriend was disappointed with her wrap witch contained the same dry chicken as my kebab, and my Brother was unhappy with his burger.

Alhamdulillah amazing food and service. Ordered from here on 2 occasions. Firstly I bought a pizza which me and my work colleagues enjoyed, the special sauce they use is great! I recently ordered a king box I think and the size of the portion is huge. Lots of food, lots of flavour. Great customer service too, me and my colleagues will be ordering again.

Been a long-standing customer for this place. The owner/staff were kind enough to give me extra when I had a chat with them about my friends back home are big fans of their chicken wings and chips. Good to know they are doing renovations and all that. Big up flames 👏🏼
