Fox and hounds in Leeds

Marion & her team provided us with lovely food and service for a wake. Marion and her team were professional caring and attentive. We were greeted & welcomed by Marion and her lovely team. This made us feel cared for and put us at our ease. The food was presented with care and with attention to detail.We would have no hesitation in recommending Marion and her team because she - put simply, cared and understood what was required to make our day less difficult.

Just had Sunday lunch. Looked delicious... beef was tough, pork was really nice. Frozen veg, yuk, frozen roasted spuds ok, fresh parsnips still hard, complained about parsnips, serving lady went into kitchen and shouted very loud so whole pub could hear, your parsnips aren't cooked lol,don't think I will be back ever sorry.

Warm welcoming feeling with comfortable seating and festive jolly staff, Xmas menu was delicious, plenty on your plate!! Really enjoyed my evening. My visit has got me in the Christmas spirit 😊🤗 Many thanks.

This review is dedicated to the performance of the bar staff who were absolute trojans in taking up the challenge to cater for a scene almost forgotten when pubs in the day we're so busy!!, A special mention to commend the tireless efforts from Anthony and Isla in particular!!

What a great place with a great atmosphere, the staff are always really friendly and they provide a professional and amazing service. What more could you want. I would definitely recommend visiting here. We will definitely come here again for a visit.

Thought we'd check it out as I'm booked to do the, 80's themed, New year's eve party 🎉 there. Plus it was my son's birthday. Food was really good, with friendly and helpful staff. The building dates back to the 1800s with very thick stone walls so the acoustics should be awesome for NYE, can't wait to see u all there. Laughing Buddha Sound System x.

We had lunch here a couple of weeks ago to celebrate my daughter's graduation.Great place, lovely location especially if the weather's good and you can sit out on the patio. The service was friendly and professional, food arrived quickly, was tasty, nicely presented and and a good price. I will definitely be back next time I visit Leeds.Take note though. You need to input your car registration on an iPad inside so that you don't receive a parking ticket. We didn't realise but a quick phone call to the pub and they sorted it out straight away.

Got a shock today for receiving in to the mail a parking charge of £85!. Went for the first time to this place, food and drinks were decent and had an enjoyable time but did not expect the parking charge notice.Called the place and they were kind to get it cancelled and advice to key in the registration at the tablet next time. Thank you and will definitely visit again for the fixed price meal and the wings, which are just too good especially down with a cold beer.

Its a long time since we were here - for various reasons . Tonight we had a nice meal that was tasty and value for money. Impressive menu and good bar prices. Will definitely try again soon

Really nice atmosphere and friendly service. It was quiet, but didn't feel empty. The food was good quality, and we didn't leave hungry. Reasonably priced. My only disappointment was the sharing Antipasti plate, which in my opinion had no where near enough food considering it was £8-9; tasty enough, but not enough substance (needs cheese, and maybe some more salad). We enjoyed our visit, and would go back.
