Excellent food & a friendly atmosphere. Mr f really makes you welcome even if you are new to he's restaurant. Will definitely recommend 👌

Called in for lunch yesterday, the food was lovely and reasonably priced the service was quick ,nice friendly atmosphere, I liked the fact they don't ask if the meal is ok while you have a fork in your mouth they leave you alone to enjoy your meal, definitely going back at some point...

Fantastic friendly place. Lovely people, great food and a great atmosphere. Wonderful to be back there eating. Can't wait to go again.

Went here for valentines night, was greeted with a warm welcome, didnt have to wait long to be served by a helpful young man, we enjoyed a lovely starter hence the 2 stars I have given. Our mains came lasagne was cold in the middle and waterey no taste and very bland, pizza dough was under cooked and the meats under cooked very disappointing. We was offered a free desert but declined as just wanted to leave a complete waste of 66 quid

Fantastic food with great service. The atmosphere was lovely, and despite being busy, we were made to feel welcome by attentive waiting staff. One of the best around in our opinion.

Really great food at a decent and appropriate cost. Staff were very friendly and their attention to detail was excellent. 4 stars because despite a lot of available seating the customers were all seated very close together and not particularly socially distanced. Great experience though thank you.

The best stroganoff I have ever tasted. Massive portions so they put in a takeaway box and I took home for my dinner! Good gluten free options, yummy!

Always a warm welcome and Franco makes the effort to speak to every customer.Food as always was superb and good sized portions.Had a quick lunchtime treat of pasta and salad with the pictured tiramisù to finish. Not a cheap place, but quality is worth the extra. My only slight problem is with background noise, but think that's maybe down to my hearing, as I've experienced the same in other Italian restaurants which have hard surfaces on the floors and walls to reflect rather than dampen ambient sound. I didn't let it spoil my meal though!

Stumbled upon this gem when plans to get burgers across the way didn't pan out. Glad we did - 10 stars for the service. Franco & his son were super friendly, & we enjoyed recounting stories of his prior restaurants, moving up to Leeds & the joys of cycling!I had the lobster ravioli which was delightful & my partner had the risotto - which he really enjoyed. There's a small section that has heating (in case you're dining now til May) & a larger outdoor section without heating which is where we sat - it was perfectly fine if you're bundled up.Would definitely come back when back in the area! Thanks guys!
