We ordered two meals, both burgers but different as we have different tastes? I had cajon fries with added cheese, two thirds through the meal I noticed my burger had no chilli's or pulled pork on it? Only turned out my wife had them on hers? She doesn't like chilli's, and never noticed it was incorrect order? She just put them to one side of her plate Inc the bread bun? I removed the top of my bun to find no pulled pork or chilli's evident? At which time my wife said oh! I had those and pushed them off! Neither had noticed untill then! We got a oh! sorry about that? No reduction in bill for getting it wrong! Pretty poor service,

Been Visiting This Place for a While Now Especially More Since The Crown Point Premises Closed Down for Good Last Year. It's Always Very Welcoming but My Recent Visit was as Good as It Used to Be. The Host/Manager Seemed Too Pushy and In a Rush Despite Knowing We Had a Kid in a Pushchair. Anyhow Other Staff was as Welcoming as Always, Food was Great as Expected. Will Definitely Visit Again.

Sat down inside and ordered our meal which was fish finger sub roll meal and the New York Chicken meal at 530 by 535 it was served at a luke warm temp. I questioned how a chicken breast could be freshly cooked in 5 minutes and was informed they are cooked earlier and kept warm in a ban marie. Staff were very polite and we were offered a 20% discount. On a side note the ladies toilet were disgusting and filthy to the point that I suggested my sister go elsewhere

Went for breakfast with Wife and two kids after. Service was average.. Food shocking pancakes was out of packet which you get for 50p at the shop. Bacon was hard and saltier than the sea, sausages was flavourless. Eggs okay, beans okay toast not even seen toaster.Upon paying and presenting blue light card told not available on breakfast. Showed some small print on the website to wriggle out of it. Shocking from a well established name who advertise the blue light and nhs discount then find loopholes around it from managementWill not ever eat at this chain again. Disgusting

Still don’t understand how they’re still in business. Food is shocking for Italian cuisine. Can make a better pasta using Tesco own brand. If you like it here, you have zero taste

Even for a chain restaurant I expected some form of proper pancakes. Scotch pancakes out of a packet - cold, anemic looking 'grilled' bacon which was also cold. I'd asked for crispy, it was barely cooked. The coffee tasted like cheap machine coffee. A riip off for nearly £10. The waitress said there was money left on our group bill at the end which was gratuity and made a point of saying she has to clear it with the manager to take it off. Service took around 40 minutes to put payments through for a table of 12. Booking was for 10:30am and they weren't open until 11. Gratuity was not paid as it wasn't deserved. All in all it was awful.

I had a lovely lunch here today, the staff were friendly, attentive and polite. The food arrived quickly and was really nice. I had the cajun wrap and there was a perfect mix of spice and flavour. It being on the lunch deal menu makes it affordable too (one course for £7, 2 for £10 etc) The unlimited drinks is a nice touch too. All in all a pleasant lunch for less than £10.
