Frankie & Benny's - Leeds Kirkstall Road in Leeds

Manager was so rude. Would never recommend this branch to anybody.I had 3 kids with me, I asked a waitress if I could order off Uber Eats and eat my order in. The waitress said yes I said are you sure that is okay, she went away and came back and said yes.I then ordered the food on Uber Eats, 5 minutes after placing my order, the manager raced out and was extremely rude and condescending and said i could not eat my order in, i politely explained that i got clarity of her waitress that i could order for pick up and can eaty order in.The manger got more rude and more condescending and would not take accountability for her waitress misinforming me.

Staff stood by kitchen doing nothing while it took half an hour for us to even get a drink. Buttermilk chicken burger was shocking and I'd have gotten better from the freezer section in aldi.

Had two Burgers for lunch. Both were absolutely horrible we had a bite each and still ended up paying for one. It's was cold inside and not cooked properly. However the Chips were nice! Felt robbed ended up at burger King because I was so hungry.

Having not been to a Frankie & Benny’s for a good few years, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. The food was tasty, good value and staff were friendly. I’ll happily return

First time visiting and eating there food was delicious presentation great very lovely service. And Harry who served us was very polite friendly and excellent customer service. Lovely family friendly atmosphere thankyou

It used to be a treat to go to frankie and benny's but it's just not the same anymore. Staff didn't seem to know what they could and couldn't serve (we had to request the main menu as they said initially that we could only pick from the special 2/3 course lunch menu. The food is still OK but just not the same as before.

Tasty food, not a great service at all. White wine served warm, replacement drink took ages to arrive. V long gap between starter and main.. Additional items added to our bill. All and all not going back any time soon, pity, as they vege and vegan menu is v impressive

Food was average and staff was unhappy by the looks of our waiter. Brought our bill without even asking if we had finished. Cocktails were lovely but my meal was okay.

Went there to dine in. The service was terrible, they were way too slow and forget orders. Take away orders were prioritised Extremely loud happy birthday song multiple times, we had to cover our ears, kids almost cried, it was so loud. It's a shame because the food was excellent. We'll definitely won't dine in ever again.

So dissapointing, ordered from birdbox on ubereats, wish I'd known it was frankie and bennies, missing my appetiser so i phoned up and the lady on the phone was so rude and said she couldn't do anything as it isn't their fault, a burger ordered with alioli on, i also paid for extra alioli, no sauce at all so i was left with a dry overcooked flavourless chicken burger, absolutely shocking, no wonder they hide behind another name.
