They make amazing fish and chips. One of the best we had in the UK so far. My 22 months old son loves it, since he was 18 months old. Whenever he do not eat at home, we take him to frydays and it always work.

Lovely bit of fish. Nice and thick with just the right amount of flake. Not at all greasy. The batter was a perfect golden brown and crispy. Chips were good...again not greasy at all, if anything maybe ever so slightly too dry. Nice touch with free lollipops :) staff friendly. We got the medium size portion which may be on the smaller side for fish. So if you have a big appetite I'd go a size up.

Absolutely magic. Really good fish and chips. Fish was fresh, flaky and nicely cooked. Batter was just right, crispy lite and not soggy. Mushy peas and chips are great. Staff were super nice....It's also very clean and modern inside, so we decided to eat in. Really recommend this place.

This has to be the best fish and chips I have ever had! Seriously would recommend this chip shop over any fish and chip shops in the whole of Leeds! Good work guys, keep up the awesome work.

One of a kind, beautiful, gorgeous place. They look after you like you're family. They treat you with kindness, respect and love. You walk in there and soon feel like you're home. My dad goes every Wednesday for our family meal. Me and my mum are gf so we always have gf fish and chips. They're absolutely beautiful!Today we went in to sit outside of their restaurant. I've been sheilding over a year I'm in a wheelchair so I've felt too scared to eat out. The first time I ate out and I felt so relaxed at ease and safe. They made me and my dad gf spam fritters and potato scallops. Delicious! They even brought it out on a plate with cutlery, condiments and a glass of water. The staff were so kind and caring especially the manager a lady with dark hair and a headband. Such a beautiful kind soul. And the chef what a amazing cook he is. The food was to die for. Beautiful fish 🐟This restaurant like so many others over lockdown have faced so much heartache, loss, struggles, bad times and struggling to open up again. These businesses need protecting and kept safe. This is the yorkshire rose for me. The star of Leeds and Yorkshire. You won't be disappointedYou want fish and chips, spam fritters, sausages, slush puppies. Come to frydays. Eat outside at their lovely seating area with umbrella or take home. You won't be disappointed. I've been to many fish and chips places this is the best I've ever had. We're proud to be regulars. Keep giving these small businesses the love they deserveFrom Jenny x
