Graveley's in Leeds

The food was okay. But the fake blonde taking the orders is rude.The fisherman's wife @ kirkgate market is better fyi.

This use to be excellent. Best to ask for fresh fish and chips. I had too change my review I gave them a five stars but this review needs updating as the past few times I have had fish and chips or chips the chips have not been great. Today I was in Town and thought I would treat myself to some chips I wish I did not bother the chips were hard, dry, part of the chips were green and black. The other three times the chips been hard and dry today was unexceptionable. I have been telling people too eat here they the best fish and chips in Leeds but their not any longer. I noticed the other Customers who arrived shortly after me chips were fine maybe because it was fried in Fat or beef dripping so you treat people who like it in vegetable oil different?

Very average. Fish i got was fat and without a particular taste, whike chips were dry. The Staff is nice and helpful though.

Only gave 1 star because you can’t put 0! Worst chippy iv ever been to. Sausage tastes horrible and chips are not even half cooked! What a waste of money. Very poor ingredients!

Fish is delicious and taste so fresh like having it from the coast as good as it gets highly recommended great friendly staff

£5.90 for a small fish and chips where the chips tasted like they had been recooked and the fish was mainly batter. No recycling of all the plastic plates and forks that are generated. Good seating available though.

Excellent chunky chips and gravy will definitely come here again. Quickly serviced and spacious dining area.

Staff very friendly. But this is second time I've been reasonly and both times very disappointed fish all batter no fish in it 😢. This time baught fishcake only about four flakes of fish Chinese curry sauce was like water only upside chip's ok

This is fish and chips as it should be. Not the pretentious stuff you get in London or the weird (mostly batter) version you might have tried outside the United Kingdom. If you're a tourist and want to know why fish and chips have always been popular in the UK come here and try it. They even have 'scraps' and chip butties to take me back to my childhood.

Crispy batter, nice chips. Fish n chips nicely done! I was skeptical since it was in a mall food court area but I can see why people come here for Graveley's. I'd recommend if you're looking for good fish n chips in Leeds.
