Absolutely diabolical and there customer service is atrocious. They should be closed down

if i could put zero stars i would. arrived 45 mins late food was cold and inedible. never again will i order from here. avoid go elsewhere

Shocking food ! Ordered on Uber eats, chicken frazzled on outside like it’s from previous day and reheated.Kebab meat dry as a !!All in the bin I wouldn’t even give it to my dog

Incomplete order given even though food pre ordered, pizza not cooked properly and chips rock hard.Very hard to locate as ordered from rajas over the phone and turns out rajas and grill and chill share the same shop!! so went round needlessly in circles with navigation as not originally from Leeds.

Rude customer servicePepsi was warm. Too tight to refrigerate.The chips were over cooked.. Closer to burnt. And were so dry.And the chicken wrap was an uncooked wrap with chicken pieces and lettuce. Supposed to have one full breast. But mine had half. Just another run down con place

If I could give 0 stars I would.Ordered 10 boneless wings, spicy fries and onion rings. Well the chicken was chewy and tasteless, the spicy fries where just normal over cooked cold tasteless chips, and the onion rings where also stone cold.If you want to waste your money and feed your bin then order from these lot.

Terrible, spent about £17 to be brought food growing FURRY MOULD INSIDE!!It was disgusting service given when i rang up to complain about this, i was told they would come and take it away and replace (with another mouldy no doubt) so i said how about 2 milkshakes one for me and my pregnant partner who also ate this mould!! When told the guy on the other end of the phone said im lucky to be getting a 20% discount for next time and a new cheese cake, and that i was lucky he wasnt coming "to batter" me for complaining about the mould...

Terrible service, with unfriendly staff, a terrible food to match. I was really looking forward to some Peri Peri wings and spicy fries. What I got was some plain grilled wings drowned in ready made barbecue hot sauce. The fries were shaken in a miniscule amount of "off the shelf" chip shake. Just visit any supermarket with a hot counter, the chicken would be far better than from this place and would cost less.

The service from this place is atrocious. I ordered 3 meals and after taking delivery i realised they had only sent 2 out of the 3. I rang back and they said they will send another meal out straight away. 40 mins later i rang back and they placed me on hold to check with the delivery driver and then informed me that the meal was missing and the driver may have delivered the meal else where. Again they said my food will be with me in the next 15 mins. It took me another 2 phone calls and another 45mins before my food was delivered. I have nearly waited 3 hours for my food to be delivered. Last time I will be ordering from this place as the service is terrible
