Can't really fault Grosvenor Leeds, miles better than it's Sheffield counterpart, sone excellent poker tournaments, cash is decent and they always try to accommodate the player, decent bar, decent food and in the poker area a tea/coffee machine that members can use. Yep I'm ok with this place.

Excellent venue. Large spacious plenty of gaming choice. Large bar area. Free parking. Can be busy with poker tournaments are on.

Been coming here for over 15 years.Hate to say it, as I know COVID must have taken its toll on staffing and so on, but this place has gone so far away from where it was it’s embarrassing to be honest.Looking at photos from a stag do in 2008 where it was fantastic. Couldn’t even get a drink in 30 mins tonight, staff were disorganised and forgot orders, coffee machine broken (took 3 orders of an expresso to tell me this, mind!)..,,such a massive shame. I hope I can revisit this review in time and change it to a 5* star as I really used to love this place !

Sunday 19 December around 7.00 to 7.15pm I was approached by one of the manager to put a mask on whilst I was standing behind my friend on jackpot table he said even your ill you still have to wear it I agree what he's saying and I looked around on the rest table asian people had there masks on and he did not approach any English people who did not have mask on I am disappointed that picking on certain people its unacceptable due to there skin colour it was like he picked on me due to my skin colour racism shouldn't be accepted at any place at anytime . Could you kindly response to my feedback and give me an email address or an address to wesr I can send my complaint.We shouldn't have one rule for one and one for another I could have created a scene in casino but its not my nature to do that hope this is looked at and dealt with .

A good casino, but gets packed out at weekends. Could do with more slot machines. The bar was good service, but a bitter on draught like Worthington or john smiths would be good ,too many largers

Was a good atmosphere, staff struggled with the numbers a bit today, but was well mannered and tried there best.

Pretty reasonable casino, the staff are really friendly and are happy to have a bit of fun with you (as well as offer increasingly unsubtle hints!). Not an amazing selection, and poker is often overcrowded but on the whole pretty good.
