Went for my anniversary this weekend and was extremely disappointed with the level of service and attitude of the waiter that served us. We were unable to get attention throughout the whole service as well as been wrongly charged at the end for which no apology was given. When you come to a place such as this you expect a certain level of service and this fell ay below the standards. Sadia spoiled what was meant to be a happy occasion would there be no recognition of the anniversary apart from a simple plaque on the table. You know the situation is bad when you have to stand up yourself and go find a waiter to get the billI won't be visiting again which is a shame

Had the set menu. Starter was nice but the pate needed a crunch and the waffle didn't quite cut it. Main course hake was lovely, but the gnnochi again didn't go and was a bit mushy, small new buttery potato's would have been perfect with this instead. Didn't really fill enough for a main either and I haven't got a massive appetite. Cheese board had an excellent selection of cheese, but didn't include butter, only chutney. My partner has the creme brulee, which we joked had a cereal bar stuck on top. It tasted really nice but slightly wonky presentation and looked quite dry.We do fine dining quite a bit as well as family style pubs and go all over, so for 30 it was fine for a lunch out without the kids, but a few tweaks and it would be really excellent menu.We were recommended a wine by our waiter which was very suitable for us so that was positive, and the severing staff were available if you needed them so this was also a real positive and made the meal and service flow. The restaurant was busy but they managed with all the covers and everything was managed well, staff communicating and we didn't have any complaints about anything and all our needs were met. Thanks x

Called in for a drink after shopping, sorry to say its overrated and very expensive. Uncomfortable seating, noisy but staff were lovely even though they got my drink wrong.

Lovely roof top bar with great choice of snacks & meals sitting out on the terrace was an unexpected treat on a sunny 🌞 day

Nice brasserie, not many vegetarian options, the service was a bit slow. The food was great.

Nothing "pretentious" or overly "lavish" about this cafe (which is what some might expect from a Harvey Nichols restaurant). It was down to earth and staff very friendly & chatty. My friend and I had a wonderful greeting from the male manager who directed us to our table outside on the roof balcony overlooking the shopping precinct below. To top it off, the sun was shining down on us, so we couldn't have been more happier. We had 2 hot chocolates which weren't anything special, but they were delicious enough, and fairly priced! Overall I loved my time there and hope to return in the future.

Always a delightful meal. Accommodating staff, lovely ambience, good food...can't complain. Sunday set menu price is bang for the buck.
