A regular favourite for my family. Friendly service, great food, and good atmosphere. Bring your own alcohol! Food is such great value and is good quality. Special offers on Wednesday and Sunday make it an even greater value. You may need to book to use the restaurant on these days and regular peak times. Also a takeaway, too, but I recommend eating in.

Incredible curries, easily the best on this side of the milky way, a must go if youre visiting earth. The customer service is like no other in this area, im not a fan of curries but janota has my heart and my stomach.

Best Indian in Guiseley by far. Where do I start with Janota? Firstly, in terms of bang for your buck it is simply unsurpassable - £8 for a curry of this magnitude is a credit to this restaurant. A vast meal with the flavours of the Subcontinent woven richly throughout is sure to satisfy and embed Janota as a family favourite. The Chicken Saag & Keema Fried Rice are a particular favourite of mine, both vibrant-tasting and perfectly spiced, with the clear provenance of fresh preparation sadly lacking in many Restaurants today. The Naans are so large they could double up as runways at Leeds Bradford, or perhaps to sail across the Atlantic. Secondly, the customer service at Janota is second to none. Food arrives briskly and well presented in separate serving dishes, and the staff always greet me warmly, and are attentive throughout the meal. Lastly, in Janota we see an excellent location. Its primacy on Otley road, in the centre of Guiseley offers a good range of parking options, and good proximity to Guiseley Train Station, as well as being just over the road from a bus stop. In my view there is simply no better Indian restaurant in North Leeds - For authenticity, atmosphere and price this establishment is yet to be bested; and on that most primordial duty of the restaurant: the promise of utterly outstanding food, there is simply no other place to be but Janota.

Really friendly staff , great food, good portions, and any extras (which there almost certainly will be) packaged up for you to take with you and enjoy another day.

Wow, last minute eat in booking, great value for money! Massive portions and lovely attentive staff, definitely worth a visit, bring your own alcohol is an added bonus!
