KFC in Leeds

For this place to be the only KFC in the whole of the town centre, they don’t really keep up good standards. There’s about 5 tills and only one person at the front taking the orders, the manager should seriously consider hiring more people because it’s now a normality for the restaurant to have a long line that wouldn’t exist if there were more employees at the front. The food is good and never disappoints from what i’ve ordered in the past, but I seriously urge them to hire more people to reduce the long lines.

Ordered online and had some problems outside of the kfcs control, but when I called up whoever picked up (wish I'd taken a name!) was super helpful and nice, very grateful for it. They sorted the issue and went above and beyond even when it wasn't the stores fault at all. Thanks loads!

Had to clean our own table. Got order wrong Chips seemed to be hours old Wont be going there again

Been a couple of times now, food typical for KFC however at this store, seem to be struggling to cope. Pretty much every time been have got orders wrong. Last visit wasn't particularly busy but took over 15 minutes from placing order to finally getting my food and yes had made a mistake

Please consider closing up this branch. Food was absurdly nasty, always missing items when delivering. If you can't even get stuff right cooking fast food that comes with instruction from the big corp, might as well just don't do it. Absolutely pathetic, to the workers and "cook" of this branch.

The food is always super tasty here and the staff are wonderful. The only downside is the store is nearly always a mess whenever I visit - unwiped tables and unemptied bins. It’s a real let down

One of the cleanest and well looked after KFCs we've been in. Food was nice and hot. Staff were helpful too.

Never have the vegan burger in, the drink machine is usually down with only 2 options,and very long wait, quite unreliable a part from the odd staff who try their best. Understandable that stock is down but you’d think they’d invest in getting stuff in to stop this happening- this has been the 4th time this month. Can’t say you’re diverse with food if you never have other options in🤷‍♀️

Genuinely surprised at how much the food at KFC has improved since the big change mamy years ago. Had a wrap meal with a snack wrap and devoured the lot. They've got back an old loyal customer 😁👍🏻
