KFC in Leeds

Not the best experience. Waited long time at the till to be served. Staff not seemed to be happy in their chosen career. Tables and bins overfilled with rubbish.

The food was good, as always! It wasn't necessarily busy when i ordered, as there was no queue, but my order was ready in no time! The cashier also kindly put in some salt and tissues with my order so I didn't have to ask or get some myself.

The staff behind the service counter were fine, but the place was the dirtiest place I have been in for quite a while. There was rubbish all over the floor and the tables. It was quite embarrassing actually, I would not go in there again.

No ice cream! I called I asked if you sell ice cream she said yes, then when I asked her which flavor she said we don't have ice cream and then I said you just said you sell ice cream. Why say yes then? Need to have common sense!

Foods good, the staff always seem to miss things off customers orders more times than not. Poor customer service. Either need re-training or sack everyone who works on the tillls,hire new staff know what doing.

Staff are very rude. Asked for something showing on the board that was advertising and one said they had stopped doing it and other said they had sold out. Then I asked for forks for my meal but when I went back to the counter it seemed like the staff that was on the till was talking about me due to me saying well you shouldn’t be advising something then if your not selling it then I said this place is useless and the guy behind the counter got a little arsey

Ordered online and had some problems outside of the kfcs control, but when I called up whoever picked up (wish I'd taken a name!) was super helpful and nice, very grateful for it. They sorted the issue and went above and beyond even when it wasn't the stores fault at all. Thanks loads!

For this place to be the only KFC in the whole of the town centre, they don’t really keep up good standards. There’s about 5 tills and only one person at the front taking the orders, the manager should seriously consider hiring more people because it’s now a normality for the restaurant to have a long line that wouldn’t exist if there were more employees at the front. The food is good and never disappoints from what i’ve ordered in the past, but I seriously urge them to hire more people to reduce the long lines.

Been a couple of times now, food typical for KFC however at this store, seem to be struggling to cope. Pretty much every time been have got orders wrong. Last visit wasn't particularly busy but took over 15 minutes from placing order to finally getting my food and yes had made a mistake

Good food and tasty ,clean ambient environment.This place is nearest to St.Johns evangelist Church in Leeds.
