This is a nice friendly place with a great atmosphere and a really good outside area. It's ideal for a meal a snack or just a drink. Try it.

Fantastic place with a lively atmosphere, good music. Food was okay, probably sligthly overpriced, and drinks weren't cheap at £4.90 for a pint of Coors. But overall a nice environment.

On a busy early evening (Mother's Day!) we were seated and ordered the food no problem. We were warned there would be a wait and the staff were very polite and helpful. We were offered a free glass of prosecco because it was a longer wait than normal. Starters were well presented and tasty and the mains were too. The wine Tempranillo 🍷 was excellent. The 5 🌟 was given for the service and smiles. Good staff make all the difference 👍

Great food and atmosphere, our order took a little while, but it was busy and the staff apologised and offered us a complementary drink.

Went here recently for my friends birthday meal and it was really nice. Good party atmosphere, great friendly staff delivering top service and good tasting food. (I had the veggie burger and fries). My thanks to the lovely staff and chefs at Banyan in Horsforth!

Ordered Banyan chicken salad with fries. Absolutely awful, been here many times, meal consisted of half a lettuce leaves not cut into strips and 3 small pieces of chicken with drizzle which looked like hard bits of butter. Sweet potato fries badly overcooked , very hard and scrap ends. Neither I or my 4 friends will ever go again. It was so bad we asked the manager if the chef had changed as the meal was diabolical. He said no, which can not have been the truth. 5 times a year we go to Horsforth but NEVER again.I work in a factory with 85 staff and have informed my workmates via notice board just what a let down the meal was.After complaining they knocked £30 off the meal of bill being £97.00.Manager very apologetic though he needs to change his chef, we have a vacancy for a yard sweeper though I don't think the chef would pass the exam?

Good quality food and drink. The service was rather slow but the place was busy. We booked a table and I think we should have had priority over walk ins

Went in last night for some food and drinks. The manager was really helpful and friendly. The waitress Niamh was excellent and very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Had a great time. Good customer service all round. Thank you! Will be back!

Came to Banyan for a meal and some drinks. Amazing food, brilliant service (amazing staff too) and lovely atmosphere. I couldn't recommend it enough. Props to the Chef for the best meal I've had in ages and to the bartender (not sure of his name but he had long ginger hair) for making me feel at home.
