Magic Wok in Leeds

Very average food. I know quite a bit about Chinese food having spent good time in Singapore. They are not doing any justice by putting authentic on their sign board! Staff are very polite though.

Tried magic wok for a change , and would highly recommend to everyone who likes nice traditional Chinese food to steer well clear and I should know as I spend a lot of money on Chinese food and won’t be spending another penny on this place!!!!!

Delivery was almost 45 minutes late on top of the 1 hour we've already waited. Portion size was tiny and the taste was just bland. There are only thin slices of chicken in each chicken ball and the batter was so thick. Beef strips were so thin that I'm impressed with they're skill. First time ever and will never order again.

Regularly eat here, always good, especially starters. Got my order wrong today with salt and pepper chips in place of chicken wings, but i called and they brought me a replacement even though I'd collected. Very good service fixing an honest mistake.

Ordered BBQ spare ribs and they came like they have just been fried with no colour on at all so we rung them back and said we wanted BBQ then said they was going to make some BBQ spare ribs for us and deliver it. THEY didn't not give us the spare ribs just gave us the SAUCE!!!! WOULDNT EAT HERE AGAIN IF IT WAS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!!!

The food was an hour late and therefore cold, it might have been okay if it wasn't for that but nothing spectacular. After ringing the take away multiple times we were told 2-3 minutes, waited for 20 before ringing again only to have the gentleman on the phone laugh at our predicament not taking us seriously. Absolutely disgusting customer service and a delivery time over an hour late. Never ordering from here again.

Slow service, below average quality meal. My partner ordered crispy shredded chicken with chilli - not spicy. The food arrived 1 hour and 35 minutes after ordered from just eat. Seaweed was so burned that it was not edible. The chicken was not crispy shredded chicken - more like battered chunks. The rice was cold. I complained by phone about the time it took to arrive but was told that they are sorry we feel that way. One star because it's the worst service and Chinese meal we've had to date anywhere. The second because we ordered from them once before and it was a 3 star meal.
