Mama Mia in Leeds

New owner but still nice and tasty think calzone needs to be folded tho I hope you still have the spare ribs on.

A customer for many years...circa 25 years. Only really go as a treat recently. Disappointed, Tuna no longer on the menu and the Al Capone wasn't right. Shaved garlic not to my taste. Gutted to be honest. I'm not saying others won't like it, I just wanted the same.....

20 odd years of visiting this place...The food is always been fantastic until the recent change in ownership...Had my usual burger and it would have been easier biting through a brick...Lost the ability to do the basics but they want to with all the lala organic wines and pale ales...They really need to go back to basics..I'm learning how to cook a basic burger

Ordered from Deliveroo last night. I was pleasantly surprised how neat and stacked the burger was. Large fries meant large portion and didn’t disappoint either. Very rare to find a burger place which has burgers so well made that you can see each and every ingredient clearly. Will definitely be ordering again.

Not sure what the rest of these lot are on about but I suppose haven't been here long enough to know what it used to taste like.We ordered for collection and it was phenomenal, couldn't believe we had this on our doorstep this whole time. Slightly annoyed these reviews had put us off for so long.The tomato base was fantastic and the pepperoni even better. Truffle fries were unreal too.If you order on uber eats and want your pizza sat on the backseat for 45 minutes you get what you pay for!!Not many leave a good review champs, clearly evident in your case- we will be back - keep it up!!!

Just had an Al-Capone and a can of Pale Ale from here and I've got to say I enjoyed them very much. The Pale Ale was brewed in Horsforth, Leeds and they were telling me all about their new burgers, which again are sourced locally, so next time I'm thinking of getting a burger I'm going to try them out.

Have loved this place for many years and was excited to see it having a wee face lift! And then to be on Uber Eats was amazing!Ordered a standard margarita tonight as that's always a good test for me and it's definitely not the same chef or receipe..... Not as authentic looking as previously and artificial tasting. Dough has a sweet flavour that's just a bit odd. Ah man, I'm gutted. Plus there's a whole pizza and a half I don't know what to do with.However that's my personal taste.... On the plus side delivery was quick and food was hot.

We have just had 2 Pizza’s and garlic bread. It was exactly as described on the box : Fresh, hot and delicious. Our first time at Mamma Mia’s but definitely won’t be our last

As someone who isn't a huge fan of pizzas I was really impressed, so much so that I've been back a couple of times. The pizzas just taste fresh, not too doughy with generous additional toppings. Only minor gripe is you have to slice it yourself!

Well, we've been coming to Mama Mias for well over 30 years, and anyone who used them would tell you they they did the best pizzas in Leeds by a mile. Recently the previous owner sold up and it has been taken over by a new team, and refurbished as well. To be honest, the 'old' version of Mama Mias had become such a permanent fixture that we were worried that with new owners, the food might have deteriorated.Well.... Have no fears. To anyone who has been used to the old Mama Mias or to anyone looking for an absolutely superb pizza served with a smile then look no further. There might be bigger more well known names out there, but none of them hold a candle to this place. We had a couple of bolognese pizzas ( with extra pepperoni, naturally) and a pepperoni and they were just as good if not even nicer than before. Looking forward to using them for years to come.Awesome, would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
