McDonald's in Leeds

The food was adequate but the service from the staff member working the door of the toilet was rather rude. "you can only use toilet if your eating in" she said abruptly, I said my girlfriend is currently getting served, and she off handedly said "it's OK then" in a patronising manner.I am disappointed as the service at McDonald's is usually friendly, but this lady in my opinion needs a refresher course in customer service.

Ordered a filet o fish and customised to have extra tartar sauce. Got none. Not regular or extra, none. My word. Its not rocket science. Train your staff properly to do something a 12 year old could do. It was not busy either

Called in just over a, week ago and was disappointed with this store.1.the toilets were locked was told you have to have a, receipt to use the toilets as the nearest toilet is in the St John's centre I was laughed at when I said I work for another mcdonalds. The dinning member of staff did not care.2. The C E L has an attitude to work was to fill the napkin dispensor on the till area and to check the bin on the sauce dispenser. My partner used the disabled toilet and she gave him a nasty look.3. The entrance to Merrion centre when people were walking in that entrance there was No wet floor sign ( if anybody fell they could sue).4. The D.A and CEL was stood talking and a table needed cleaning they just stood there and did nothing. Won't be going back to that one. The one thing I can say to the da staff and the CEL if I was the manager is to improve your manners and respect the cutomers

Made the mistake of being sober and going into the wrong entrance late at night. Bouncer thought grabbing my arm would be suitable response to this. No thanks. Control your staff.

Open 24 hours. The best for after a night-out. Look out for their Monday deals on the app. Amazing offers on Mondays. Easy, quick ordering. Definitely recommend and will go again.

I love maccas, they need to teach their staff about hygiene though as a oldish woman, short, chubby and wears glasses was literally scraping her armpit and just carried on working, she didn't wash her hands 🤢🤢 so that put me off my meal. But apart from that love this maccas. Every time I've ordered online from this maccas they have got every order wrong, from wrong drink and no drinks to cold fries and burgers that have been thrown together. If they actually took a couple extra seconds this maccas could be great.

We are really fed up with this ridiculous behavior of honorable staffs in your branch,We are requested to use toilet for my kids ,we are regularly using Mc all over the  UK, but this kind of behavior is not fare , you are showing this type of things especially only to Foreigners.A manager comes over me and arrogantly spoke to me.We tried to not come back to your branch again.Thank you

Fairly standard branch of McDonalds. I ordered off the breakfast menu and promptly received my food (hot too). Very nice to see there is 4 outdoor tables too, with a barrier keeping them separate from the pavement and also covered by the roof. Made a nice change to sit out and enjoy my Sausage & Egg McMuffin in the rain!

This restaurant is easy to enter from St Johns Centre and had been kept properly clean, accompanied by staff calling out the numbers for prepared orders which was a neat strategy to ensure people picked up their orders. It was easy to use the app to get an employee discount here, from which I enjoyed my meal but was slightly disappointed in the undercooked fries.

the door close at 7:50am no sign to use other door... waited 10 minutes saw some someone walking with FOOD befind i walked there it was open,,, i asked 2 different staff why there is no sign both answer nothibg said this door open no excuse no good response..
