Imagine leaving bad reviews over cold food you guys think you deserve warm food if you got such high standard don’t come to McDonald’s then there’s always salt bay but obviously it’s too expensive so you choose to come to McDonald’s also about the ketchup machine it’s been working for the last year you might need to lift some weights

Drive through. Woman who took my order was very polite however woman who packed my order didn't even acknowledge me, just passed the bag to Me without saying a word as she was too busy chatting with her colleague. Got home to find she had missed 2 items out of my order that were on the receipt. Not happy at all.

The WORST Mcdonalds ever! We ordered today and after 1h waiting when our order finally arrived it was missing 6 burgers (but we get 14 straws!! to our 3 colas and 1 hot chocolate)..we needed to reorder burgers which means we needed to pay again delivery fees..and again wait.. this time it was much quicker but three of the burgers didnt have pickles actually one almost didnt have anything in it..Its not first time I wasnt happy after ordering there but this time was too much.. Wont be ordering there again…

This is the bottom end of the franchise. Never salt their chips, workers not in uniform, burgers look like they’ve been thrown together from a distance, dirty inside, and to top it off tonight they told me cash only as just as I’d made my order… Never know any Maccies to actually be as bad as this one. Going to save myself the pain and drive 15 minutes to Colton where the food is still hot when you get it.

I ordered 3 Filet O Fish Meals all the filet and buns came burnt... Disappointing!!

I ordered a vegan McPlant which was surprisingly delicious. I am sometimes wary of vegan food, but this changed my mind to some extent. It was beautiful! Would recommend! Thank you McDonalds!

This has to be the worst McDonald's in leeds. Every order is wrong. The latest one was I ordered two big Mac meals and all I received was chips and a drink. The manager off this place needs firing and fast.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!Ordered at the drive through, received FREEZING COLD FOOD! On bringing this issue up I was asked how I expected it to be?! (seriously)!......HOT OR AT LEAST WARM IS WHAT I EXPECT!After snatching my food back and saying it would be swapped I was passed it back still FREEZING!!At this point I've give in.Shocking customer service and shocking food

It’s absolutely fine in terms of food. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The wait times however are absolutely mind blowing, even at non-peak times. I’ve been sat in that drive through for 20+ minutes sometimes.

No fish in the filet o FISH? Yes, McDonald’s sliced the cheese in half, I didn’t know you cut the fish off the menu too. Are the staff here stupid? Came here after a long day at work, was told to wait in bay 1 whilst my order was being prepared, after 15-20 mins of watching people drive in and out, we received our order. As anyone would, I opened the bag to eat, the burger felt too light, no surprise, someone stole my fish. Told my partner to check his, no fish there either. Incompetent staff, who even does that? A major chain like McDonald’s failing to provide the essential part of the burger. Never in my life has that happened and it will never happen again if i avoid this dodgy branch. I was lost for words but thinking about it now, staff must’ve being playing a midnight shift prank. Is there no one managing this branch on night shifts??They did give us the “complete” burgers we paid for in the end but made us wait at the window for another 5 mins because no one was there, we had to horn to get their attention , after all that no apologies given. Pathetic.
