Standard McDonald's, fast service

Visited on a Saturday, very busy but fast service. Gave it 5 stars because of the lady working the till. Think she was called 'Bobz'. She deserves a raise! She provided excellent customer service despite it being absolutely heaving!

Constantly get orders wrong, staff are rude. Seems like it’s legit run by a bunch of invertebrate jellies

Went in to get a milkshake and go to the toilet. I asked the dining attendant for the disabled key as the other toilets are downstairs and she advised me several times that I need to use the toilets downstairs. I then asked at the counter for the key and after several minutes and being questioned I was then given the key. As I came out then was a staff member stood at the door waiting for me to exit the toilet. Not happy as I suffer from Crohns Disease and Osteoarthritis as well as several other chronic diseases. Invisible disability is real!!Please retrain your colleagues not to judge people by the look of them. I am severely ill and need immediate assess to facilities at short notice.

Fast service. It has a toilet for customers. Very clean.

They had a brillant custormer service they understood their customers difficulty the shift manager went out of his way to help when our phones wasnt charged and we was worried that we couldnt get a train back. They didnt expect us to buy food they was just people with good morals. But we did buy food and that was brillant it was nice and warm and tasty never had fast food that was warm👍👍👍best fast food place ive EVER GONE TO.BEST mcdonalds in the world. Id rate it 100/10.

Attacked by the greeter! Visited today, 21 September, at about 20 to 2pm, was the only customer in the store and as I was in the process of ordering our food at the self-service station suddenly a staff member came up close, asking 'are your eating in or taking out'. I asked her to keep the appropriate distance to avoid infection, but the staff member came ever close to my face! I said I would take out, and completed the order. Then I went to the counter to disinfect my hands after placing the order utilising the touch screen. The staff member attacked me again, leaning forward with her face dangerously close to me she blurred out 'can't you read the sign'. I was shocked and felt threatened. Again, I asked her to be mindful if the necessary distance, when the only other customer who had come into the restaurant in the meantime shouted 'read the sign'. They both smirked at each other. I felt attacked and at risk. A different staff member came out of the kitchen and looked at the staff who was involved in attacking me and only then did she back off. Appalling. Was considering reporting the attack to the police but will let it go. Avoid this place or visit at your own peril.
