Nice chilled out feel and reasonably priced food.

Love this place, perfect vibe for a nice dine in. Servers are friendly and the staff made us feel welcome.We went there around Christmas time and were met with excellent service from Kenzo and Alex. The food is good especially the butternut soup. Will definitely come back when in Uk again!

had me fighting for my life in the bathroom after eating the cast iron burger, and the nasty coffee didnt help at all (iced coffee looked like cholera infected water with ice cubes) sticky toffee pudding was... definitely sticky!! just not in a good way. 0/10 if i could give it zero stars i would, so this one star is solely for our lovely waitress who had to put up with this hellspawn. wish i hadnt eaten the worst burger of my life here

After looking forward to having a nice meal, we were left disappointed. Had to send meal back twice!

Cast Iron Bar has a great atmosphere to enjoy 2-for-1 quality meals Sun-Thur with Meerkat Meals. Drinks used to be available 2-for-1 during Happy Hour but this promo appears to have been cancelled and it shows in the decline of clientele. Hopefully drinks promo will return soon :)

Wouldnt recommend - this is a place i wish i could give 0 stars. We'd barely taken our seats when asked what we'd like to drink We simply asked for water so we could check the menu. Second time round we were asked and still couldnt choose due to all of the drinks been alcoholic, mockaholic and a poor range in alcohol choice those been wines, ciders and largers. Only spirits were present in a cocktail a shame since me and my partner are quite fond of them on their own. We got put starters, both squid and chorizo, with the squid been bland and forgettable. We finally succumb to the peer pressure and ordered alcoholic drinks, wine and cider, and our mains, a medium ribeye steak and a rare steak ciabatta. Our mains came out only for the riveye to be rare and the steak ciabatta to be well done. We asked for the bill to find two final gut punches. One we managed to sort. My partner order the Australian wine and was priced the new zealand wine a small £2.40 difference. The other was a disgusting 12.5% service tax which realistically would be fine if any of the food was really enjoyable but it simply wasnt so i paid for the rude, judgmental waitress to continue her escapades what a lovely surprise.

Chef cooks a mean "blue" steak.This is one of the few places I've visited where the chef actually delivers a steak properly blue instead of rare.Service and atmosphere are excellent. Prices are a little elevated, but that's to be expected from a Marriott in-house restaurant. Nevertheless, the quality of what's on offer is excellent and the location outstanding.I'll be coming back here next time I'm in town.

Been up since 5am and had a tiring day travelling, watching my Team ...Argyle play at Bradford, so was gasping for a pint. And they had Old Speckled hen, one of my favourites! Busy, bustling bar with plenty of early evening revellers out for a good time on a Saturday night. Despite eating for most of the day I was still starving ( haha ) so had some Nachos....and very nice it was too. Nice ambience...nice bar. They even gave me a cotton napkin not a paper one....wow ...posh or what!

Thanks to Jane for the amazing cocktails. I indulged in partaking of a New York fizz and my wife enjoyed a Porn Star cocktail. Delicious.
