Nando's in Leeds

I found glass on my hummus, it was so well concealed that when I chewed the hummus and pita my teeth almost snapped! Terrible! Please beware of ordering the hummus. Also some staff were adamant to provide peri salt for the chips. That’s not enjoyable

didn't like it. on my last visit I got nasty

I literally couldn’t finish it , the chips were raw the wrap was filled with souse to the point where I couldn’t taste anything else. It was so bad

I used to love Nando’s, it was one of my favourite restaurants. Until this evening, when I ordered some wings on Deliveroo and I found a half eaten wing in my order. The bone was clean so it was clearly not an accident and the Deliveroo seal on the box was intact. If someone working at Nando’s thinks this is a prank, it’s vial and disgusting. Never going to order Nando’s again.

Fantastic nandos in the trinity. Kind welcoming staff who go out of their way to help you. Would highly recommend. Staff with empathy for others, nothing was too much trouble. Looks like a fantastic manager, picked such lovely people . Thank you , we had a lovely visit, the whole trinity shopping centre was so friendly and helpful a great way to shop. Xx

I chose a hamburger with potatoes and salad as it appears in the photo and my wife does the same and they only bring us the hamburgers and she tells us that this is the photo and it does not seem fair to me because we chose the hamburgers just because of what came with the hamburgers. ... also the meat was little cooked and very spicy and I do not think it is good because I chose without spicy ... the chicken wings were little cooked ...the only thing I liked was the kindness of those who have served us

The food is good, staff nice, but the waiting time. Ordered in a day that wasn't really busy, 2 customers coming after us. We were waiting for food more than 45 minutes, while the others after us already got their food. For drinks we ordered we had to ask to get glasses and waiting for a piece of cake for 25 minutes while 3 different staff members went to 'check' the order is just bad.Sadlythis didn't happen only once, but since it kept on happening lately..Sorry, but hopefully won't come again.

I was visiting Nando's after ages while my colleague from China had never been to one. The food was good as expected and the service was even better. The staff was friendly and made sure that we were comfortable at all times.

The food is great, and somehow always makes you wanna come back, but they always taste better in your imagination.
