Nawaab - Leeds in Leeds

Came here tonight for my first night in Leeds, and actually, my first proper curry anywhere. I'm in love. This restaurant is full of the greatest waitstaff, the most down to earth and friendly owner, and fantastic food.

Food was not the best for an Indian restaurant I've had better. Lamb we ordered was like a rationed piece, little for the money with sauce very bland. Service; host was good but the serving of food to table was rushed and felt like it was dumped on you.

Came across this restaurant by chance staying at the Crown plaza Hotel... did a bit of research on Indian restaurants and then found this! Really good, service great, fresh hot and the most flavoursome curry's we've had in a long time! nann bread great poppadoms too.the chicken was small pieces but very succulent and so flavoursome. Onion bajis best ive ever tasted, zero grease, crispy and light perfect ... couldn't finish it all. delicious. well done lovely staff

Customer service is amazing, visited today for the first time with a work colleague who has been previously and the customer service was amazing. It feels wrong to mention the food second but the food was first rate and the lamb chops as a starter were as good as the reviews. I will happily visit again on my next visit to Leeds.

Always a quality meal here and the prices are decent. Plus the staff, especially the boss, are attentive and friendly. Always busy which is a good indication of consistent quality.

Had an absolutely stunning meal here last night with friends. The staff were courteous, welcoming and efficient. The food was up there with the best Indian cuisine I’ve had! A nice little touch at the end of the meal was a complimentary shot and a hot towel! Well done team!!!! I’ll definitely be back!
